Costruite per la protezione, le persiane sono una caratteristica di sicurezza aggiuntiva dell'unità 402 che non tutti i condomini offrono.
La posizione di questa unità è PERFETTA. Esci dall'ascensore e vai verso est lungo il corridoio TUTTO IL MODO ALLA FINE, L'unità 402 si trova accanto all'unità d'angolo alla fine dell'edificio. Salta i rumori e l'attività dell'ascensore dal traffico in corridoio trovandoti verso la fine del quarto piano. O salta del tutto la scena dell'ascensore prendendo la tromba delle scale alla fine del corridoio letteralmente vicino all'ingresso dell'unità 402. Quanto conveniente!! Se stai cercando tranquillità, QUESTO È QUESTO !! Il balcone si trova in una posizione ideale alla fine dell'edificio, rendendo il tempo di relax sul balcone un'esperienza tranquilla. The property was wonderful, the weather didn’t start out great but did improve. Everything was clean, freshly painted and well maintained. We were able to walk every morning and spend the afternoon on the beach with the chairs and umbrella that was included. We would use this condo again.

Our rental unit in Pelican Isle was very clean. I would eliminate the fake flower arrangements - they are dust collectors. Also, bring your own hangers as there were no hangers in the closet! Other than that, the condo was fine. Pelican Isle Mgmt needs to fix the elevator - maybe it's fixed now but the entire week we were there, it was out of commission leaving only 1 elevator.

Unit was just OK. As far as deco. Too many issues with TVs not working, Sofa bed would not open out and under the mattress of it was very dirty. And the cable was a mess! On a good note The property of Pelican Isl, the Beach and weather were great. Also, smoking areas were not marked with a sign nor were they communicated in any emails. We followed the rules of smoking but then saw people smoking on balconies and even teenagers smoking in the elevator. For the amount of monies paid Unit was just not worth it. We feel at least a one night's refund should be given due to unit malfunctions.

Great place on the beach. The view is amazing! Love the beach umbrella service, one less thing to worry about while enjoying your stay. Master bedroom was nice and quiet, bed was comfortable. Loved it!

Amazing Property and Location
This was a beautiful roomy property and the beachfront view was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the beach in a matter of minutes, and enjoyed the pool stay. The beach was very nice, clean,& peaceful.We didn’t have any problems with our umbrella, which came in handy. Nice distance from shops and food, but the kitchen is very nice of you plan to stay in and cook. Would definitely recommend & stay again ! ☺️

Our stay was wonderful! i didn’t want to leave. the place was perfect for my hubby and I. But, those bunks were so small, i’m glad we didn’t plan on using them. Great view of beach and access was easy to the ocean.

Okaloosa Island stay 2021
The property was easy to find using GPS. Accessible to everything by car. Right on the Beach which was the main reason for renting this particular condo. The condo was more than big enough for just 2 of us. Pool was nice and so was the hot tub. Condo was clean and beach view from the balcony was breathtaking. Also came with complimentary beach chair service which was Awesome! The condo was off the beaten path. Very peaceful and family friendly. Would definitely stay again. My only 2 complaints are that the master bed was a little too firm for my liking and we only had 1 bath towel and wash rag for each person staying there, other than that , it was great!

Furniture was in poor condition. Bugs in the unit. Horrible sewerage smell at times when you used the shower. Generally unclean. People also snuck into the pool and beach who were not guests - it was very obvious as they changed into swimsuits on the beach. Disgusting.

The condo was clean. The air vents in the bathroom were moldy. The carpet needs updating. Kinda felt like a 90s vibe. Had a good time. For the money, I feel it needs updating. Otherwise it was nice

The location of the condo is in a good part of the island. Traffic was minimum and even though it was starting spring break, the crowd seemed good for the area. The property description is misleading, a quiet area of the resort and condo location is not what we experienced. The location of the room was near a stairwell, it was quite noisy all hours of the stay. I know it is not the resorts fault but the people next to us in 401, were quite noisy, we had to ask for them to be quiet after midnight. The bedroom window gets light from the outside hallway which beside room 401 door and we needed to cover with a blanket. There were strong winds that whistled thru the stairwell and was very loud in our room. At the bottom of the stairwell, going out to the beach, had a foul smell, not sure of the reason. The carpet in our condo was old and stained in spots, we had a plugin air-fresher that was too strong, had to remove until we left. Would have been nice to have a safety handle in the bedroom shower, the other shower was nice. Patio door was hard to open, and once outside, several others were smoking on their patio's. The rest of the condo was good, some issues with paint and up keep but everything worked. I would say the condo was cleaned properly before arrival. Pictures in the add show a brand new condo, we did not experience a like new condo. 4 PM, checking became a joke, received an email saying it would be 6 PM, didn't get our call until 8:30 PM, didn't get a welcome pack with parking passes until the next day. Not a lot of help from management on our stay, there was an onsite attendant that didn't have clue, and when we called the Brooks and Shorey management, they seemed to help out with parking and such. The umbrella and chair attendant was very good, it was pleasant on the beach. We didn't use the pool or other free gifts, didn't feel like it was good to have only one per day and had to pay for another, especially since you get on free per day.
