Very nice placeOne thing that should be in description is "Nice for people with kids" I'm not saying anything bad about the room.If we had known it was so loud,we would have picked another room.We know for next time.Not to get so close to pool.We will see you again next year.

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Good view of the gulf from the balcony. Watched a bunch of dolphins one of the mornings. The pool is right over the balcony so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids if needed. The condo was actually ready 2-3 hours early. We weren’t in town yet but it was still a nice gesture. Overall it was a nice place on a somewhat chill island

This condo is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is extremely worn out and falling apart, especially the bedroom dresser drawers. I love Pelican Isle Property, but would not stay in this particular condo again.
