Well located hotel on main Tottenham Court Rd. V friendly helpful staff. Room was quite small and a little dated but was clean and bathroom was modern. Breakfast choice was good.
Some areas of room and hotel a bit worn and dated. Tottenham court rd can be a bit noisy if you have windows open at night ( room did have air con)

Very comfortable bed, room nice and clean and air conditioning was a real plus for a very warm day and night. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be .
The breakfast was cold , no teapot either for breakfast it was hot water in a mug so no chance of another or any condiments offered with breakfast , no juices to go with it either . Stairs very slim and not great if you’re not great in your feet .
