Дякую велике вам за такі добрі апартаменти в тихому місці Києва! Ми обов'язково ще приїдемо до вас, бо це було круто! 1. Спілкування приємне. Відповіли на всі поставленні питання. Відповідали дуже швидко, що є великий плюс. 2. Житло з добрим ремонтом. Візуально виглядає приємно і естетично. Все доволі зручно. Світло регулюється, його доволі багато. 3. Багато є кухонних приладів: терка, ножі, чашки, бокали, сковорідка і тд. Була і праска, і фен, і навіть порошок для пральної машинки. 4. Охорона завжди сидить і контролює заїзд, тому відчувалось більш безпечніше, ніж в інших апартаментах. 5. Дуже м'яке спальне ліжко. Подушки не пласкі і м'які. Спалось дуже добре на них. 6. Розташування зручне, до метро 5 хвилин пішки. Місце доволі тихе, їздить середня кількість автівок.

Не дивлячись на те, що я напишу декілька мінусів, ці апартаменти всеодно будуть кращими, які я пробувала у Києві. Плюси занадто сильно перекривають ці мінуси, щоб робити свою оцінку дивлячись лише на мінуси. Тому рекомендую всім ці апартаменти 1. Ремонт у сусідів. Починали гасити з ранку по буднях і до 9 вечора. (Якщо ви приїхали як турист до міста, де потрібно з 9 ранку до 10 ночі гуляти по Києву, то вам таке не страшно). Але було навіть таке, що і вночі щось ходили. Написали до господаря апартаментів, пояснили ситуацію, і на наступну ніч все було тихо. 2. Хотілося б щоб були запасні подушки, але то не критично для багатьох людей. 3. Трохи замалий бойлер для 2 людей, але нагрівається він доволі швидко. Тому трохи часу почекати і буде як митись. 4. Трохи клацає кондиціонер. Він працює добре, але звуки інколи напрягають.

It's quite noisy, from neighboring apartments and road noise. But the biggest problem is the matras.... Springs you feel in your back when trying to sleep or move in the bed. Needs to be renewed. Oh, and don't forget... No cleaning included in the 5 nights I booked. Costs another 400uah per cleaning. Cleaning is not stated in the description... FYI.

25th floor is where you want to be if you want a good veiw! Very clean, big space, nice bathroom with mirror frame lighting, bed was comfy, kitchen is a great size, communication was excellent! I recommend this place to any solo travellers or couples! Metro and supermarket was very close!

It would be better to do payment with bank card as not many people carry large amounts of cash these days.

Amazing location, fantastic view from the balcony (25th floor!), great equipment.

The view was High and great if you like heights 24 th floor, we was lucky that they didn't cut the power off as I didn't know until I arrived there is no back up generator so how you would go up and down 24 flights if elderly or pregnant

Noisy sounds at night coming from what seems to be either boiler noise next door or pigeons in attic so at night when trying to sleep it is annoying it seems to stop around midnight, musty smells around and towels also musty, water wasn't clean from taps wasn't great value for £20 per night for Kiev out skirts, Didn't find out until I looked out of the window that two buildings had been bombed few hundred meters away as there is strategic object building local When asked locals. Ñot the safest place to be in to be fair had I known I definitely wouldn't have stayed there. Host didn't meet and greet us and wasn't exactly that friendly on the phone and wasn't thank full

The apartment is fabulous! The view from the window, the cleanliness, the facilities, the infrastructure (the nearest subway station is ~6 min walk, the nearest supermarket is located in the same building, several cafes are placed nearby)... Everything made my stay there as comfy as possible.

The only thing that was not convenient during my stay was that the noises from outside were heard too well. As the apartment is on the highest floor, the noises from the roof (when it's windy) are quite loud as well as the sounds from the corridor are noticeable. So mind it if you are a light sleeper.
