Cityhotel in Kyiv is a fantastic and highly secure place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, stylish, spacious, quiet. The location is perfect on central Bohdana Khmel'nyts'koho Street, near the Ukrainian National Opera House, restaurants, and cafes. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. Most importantly, it is one of the safest places to stay in Kyiv, featuring a fully equipped private air raid shelter.

Location, Cleaning
Size of the room to small, size of the bed too small. Overall the hotel is old, restaurant also old, gym without fresh air.
But the worst thing is the staff of the hotel. Communication with hotel staff not helping. Asked to change the room, but got no help from them. Stayed there for a week.
