Номери обладнані всім необхідним. Дуже зручні для довготривалого проживання. Є кухня - це дуже зручно. Готель знаходиться в самому центрі Києва, поруч усі відомі локації. Персонал турботливий та уважний, дослухається до кожного слова))) Обовʼязково повернусь в цей готель і Вам раджу!

Шумоізоляція, Шумний холодильник заважав спати, Пліснява в душовій кабіні, відсутність фену.

Second time here during the conflict. Great staff, friendly and helpful, location is off the main road into a narrow parking areas but there are spaces available for hotel guests, just double park and someone go check in and the concierge will come show you where to park. Initially power was an issue as rooms are on levels 3 and 4 but not too high, power is now stable so elevator works fine. Nice big rooms, most are apartments, containing all amenities, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. Place is very clean with robes and slippers and great water pressure for a nice hot shower. Also a couple of bottles of complimentary water in each room. You can also order delivery to the door via Glovo etc. Certainly will stay again :))

The hotel and the room look well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The bed and the pillows feel comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel and the room were very silent. The location is great: it was nice to walk from the train station with a small bag.

The view from the window is unpretentious, the TV didn't work, there was a light strange smell in the kitchen, but nothing serious and there were no real problems.

Easy to find and access from the main road with onsite free parking out the back. Very friendly check in staff. Thanks to the young lady on reception who gave me a souvenir shirt on my birthday :) Room was large and had all you need self contained, 3rd and 4th floor so if power goes off not too bad. A solid 7 not because the place is bad, simply because it is not the newest place around, but certainly comfortable and I would stay again.

Place is a little tired but still value for money. The adds on bookings.com say '24/7' lighting, implying a back up generator is in place, but there wasn't. Obviously in the current climate an add like that looks very attractive, but in this instance simply not one working, power outages still took place. But aside from that all good.

The size of the room and how good it was equipped. One of the best hotel rooms I've seen while visiting Kiev.

It was a nice surprise to see a full kitchen even in a regular studio room. Also stuff was very friendly and helped us during check-in.
