Staff was amazing, I’ve checked in long after my expected time of arrival (literally 23:45, 15 minutes till curfew), yet staff was extremely friendly. Bed was very comfy, apartments were pretty clean and given the location, it’s an amazing deal with very few to possibly beat.
No bath plug, balcony wasn’t clean.

Room#104 was quite spacious, modern and well equipped. Location of the hotel is ok too. It actually gives a lot of privacy, because guests don’t need to walk through reception. They can access their rooms directly.

we made a serious mistake - haven't checked the location.
as a place for 2-3 night is ok, but there are garages nearby
as a result we were confused. Haven't tried food there.

Amazing hotel in a quiet district near the city center. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I am glad that chose this place. Thank you!

Noizy ventillation system, poor internet speed, water heater was not always working, main entrance is located on the road close to some kind industrial sector, view from a balcony was scarying. They really charge too much for such conditions.

quit hotel and clean , near NOUVUS shopping mall and the furniture are new really good hotel and recommended with family , there is mini kitchen you can cook your meal . I hope come again.

Initially the price compared to the pictures posted and the feedback from other guests. Little did I know that this would soon change.
These pictures are way overrated and not just not real. All the comments made by other guests are probably paid comments or fake, which is common for Ukraine. I have lived there for 9 years before that, so I definitely know.

Amazing location close to ocean plaza in walking distance plus botanical garden around 25 minutes walking
The staff are very helpful especially front desk also the space of the apartment was amazing and enough for big families
The need to work on furniture it’s old since 2016 plus cleaning need to press hard on it
