Quick check in, Room is clean, multiple toilets and showers available. Overall clean and updated lodging.

The blanket provided is too small for 2 people (double bed). Either 2 blankets should be provided or a larger size. Breakfast was just a bag of sliced bread but I wasn't expecting anything really given the price of the lodging per night.

I found here very friendly and reliable staff. Khongor is located on the main Peace Street (but entrance from the back of the building). It is well signed. Main departament store is only some 100 m away and offers on the 4th floor legal money exchange. Main Suhe Bataar square with tourist info, free maps etc. is only 15 min walk form Khongor. This guesthouse offers also well- organized expeditions to the interior.

24-h tea, coffee and breakfast are included, but do not expect much. For the breakfast they always serve only bread, jam amd biscuits.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking to the center of the city and many of the main attractions. There is a gym less than two blocks away. The place itself was very nice. The wifi was excellent and had no downtime or lag at all. The place seems responsive to feedback. When I was there I did not have any issues with getting warm water or toilet paper. The guesthouse is basically a few rooms and just as many toilets and showers, each is private and lockable. I never had any issues with finding a free bathroom or toilet. The facilities were cleaned and mopped every day. I'm introverted and was nervous about booking a guesthouse, but this was a perfect place for me since it was a quiet place. I stayed in the double room and it faced the street. I personally like street noise, but if you do not, do not ask for Room #2. I loved being able to open the windows and get fresh air.

Some guests do not understand the concept of cleaning up after themselves

Nice located, staff immeaditly prepared my room when I arrived around 10am and I really appreciated this after my long travel journey.

The room is clean at first sight but as I had a closer look I saw a lot of dust under and behind the bed… Also when I would go to staff in person they often didn’t know how to help me with my questions (also because of not knowing any English) but if you reach out to the whatsapp number of the hostel you will get good help :)
