Great location. The host was friendly. Everything was clean.

There are no elevators so bringing heavy luggage up to the room will be a struggle.

Super friendly and lovely staff. I feels like you come home rather than a hostel. Moreover, its so super central that I could walk everywhere. I didnt take a picture of my room actually.

My shower head was tilted because the screw was loose. And the water drains slightly slow but its spot on and so clean.

Reasonable value

One of the showers didn’t work. Almost none of the lockers worked. Our airport shuttle driver from the airport to Ulaanbaatar kept falling asleep! It was terrifying as he swerved across the road.

The comun room was quite nice, they had a filter for the water and it was cosy

We had a few problems with this hostel. When we arrived in the room, the room was not clean, and they let us know at 11 pm that night that we would have to change rooms the next morning. We would have liked to know this in advance before we unpacked. We work online and asked in advance how the wifi was to organise ourselves. They told us it was really good, but the wifi was quite bad. Also the shared bathroom was not that clean and there was a lot of noise at night from the shared room (we were in the private room, but it's located just next to the shared bathroom and inside the same apartment as the shared dorm). We switched hostels and found a better and less expensive one.
