Cottage was clean and well taken care of, it was well lit inside and out, which made it very handy when we came home at night as my mom has a hard time to see in the dark. It was the perfect size for us. She had one bedroom I have the other. The only issue is you have to know to keep the bathroom window open slightly and the bathroom door closed if you’re going to take a nice, hot, hot shower, as we in advertently, set off one of the fire alarms with steam from the shower.
The kitchen as well stocked with appliances, and we’re able to cook our meals with ease, the refrigerator was clean as were all the pots and pans and dishes, the only challenge was the musty odor that emanated from the sink area, even with windows open, not too bad though. We could not find a way to heat the house as we were there in September. It was very cool at night. We found a radiator heater and one of the closets that look like it has been damaged at one point we were nervous to use it, but it seem to work well for my mom’s bedroom. As far as location is concerned, it’s walking distance to a lovely beach and walking bridge in Central in Ogunquit. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants.

We stayed in the house during off season in late September. We were a party of three. Initially, we thought that one bathroom would be a problem. However, the bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There were few issues for bathroom access. The house is a 7 minute leisurely walk to Footbridge beach. We walked the beach everyday in the morning and night. In September there a fewer people in Ongunquit, most days we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. We paid nothing in parking fees for our 10 beach walks. The place was spotless and centrally located. I would recommend it for small parties.

My wife, my brother and sister-in-law, and I enjoyed our week at the Pineapple Cottage immensely. It is was ready for us in spotless condition and with amenities galore. Only minutes from the Footbridge Beach, there is a very roomy screened-in porch, a two-car driveway, and comfy bedrooms with enough closet and drawer space for everyone. A problem with the living room TV was addressed to our satisfaction by the Vacasa management. Highly recommended!

Exactly as described and as other reviews, walk to footbridge beach, nice updates, and well stocked house. Maybe needs more bath towels, tub plug didn’t work, and dryer asks not to use with towels which for a beach house is tough. Nothing that couldn’t be overcome and is really just small inconveniences.

Location for this cottage is perfect, 5 min walk to Footbridge. We really enjoy our stay. I would recommend to upgrade furniture, seems very old, kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable .

Wonderful Vacation
We’ve been renting in this neighborhood for years but had to change our usual week this year so we lost our regular house. The Pineapple Cottage was awesome! It is spacious for 4 adults and the screened in porch was absolutely a treat. Didn’t realize there were linens provided! That was a nice perk that we haven’t enjoyed at any other property. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus, too. Of course the location is flawless.

The cottage was an easy walk to Footbridge Beach and in close proximity to some great restaurants. The cottage is cute, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Superbes vacances au Pineapple cottage
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Pineappel cottage. Habitués d’Ogunquit et amoureux de la plage du Footbridge, cette semaine aura été à la hauteur de nos attentes. La maison est propre, bien équipée, les lits super confortables. Le petit plus du foyer extérieur nous a permis d'apprécier un super feu de camp agrémenté de quelques guimauves grillés :) wow !

Very clean and comfortable house!
The house is perfectly located. A five minute walk to the beautiful Ogunquit beach. The only negative point: the cheap kitchen pots. Otherwise, the place is just fine! Thanks!

Phenomenal vacation find!
We rented this adorable cottage last year for my moms 86th birthday week. We are coming back again in Early September this year. Clean and comfortable ! My favorite memory is having coffee on the porch every morning while watching the birds . Footbridge beach is spectacular for swimming and long walks at low tide. Thank you Peter and Yami for your kindness!

The perfect cottage for a family
I came each year since I was born to Ogunquit. It's the first time that we have a cottage as clean as that one. The kitchen is very big and well equiped. The living room was perfect for our toddler and it was't to long for him to go to the beach. There is a gazebo connecting to the house were we played games or have our dinner every nights.
For sure we'll come back!

Charming, neatly kept, pride of ownership
We have been staying in the Footbridge neighborhood for 14 years, the past 6 at this charming "beachy feel" home just a short walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach. This house was a wonderful find. Shows owners pride, neatly maintained. Yami and Peter are lovely to do business with. Our boys have many fond memories. The picnic table on the porch has been a wonderful gathering spot for family and friends. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous!!
We have stayed at this home for five years and we have never been disappointed. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or into town. The house is beautifully maintained and the homeowners are a pleasure to work with.

This is a gem!
This is a very attractive and comfortable home away from home. The screened in porch extends the summer living space and the yard offers more play area if needed. This location is within walking distance to the Ogunquit River and the spectacular Footbridge beach. Relax, swim, kayak or fish here. You can ride the trolleys to the OG village and to Perkins Cove. This property is extremely clean and well maintained by responsive owners.

This home is clean, street is safe and family friendly and the location is outstanding for beaches! Walk to beaches, trolley stops and OG village. We return every year and the owners are very responsive to meeting any needs we may have.
