The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

The security guard used poor decision-making skills while dealing with other patrons in an area populated with children. Also, while attempting to gain access to the pool, the security guard talked louder than what was needed from a nearby room instead of coming over to me to verify that I had my wristband on. The poolside bathrooms that no soap or toilet paper for half the day.

One of the best included breakfasts to order omlets+++. Excellent customer service from cordial professional all-female staff in peaceful setting with nice accommodations.

The room was like a converted maintenance room - it was small and had no windows except a sliding door that opened into a dark enclosed courtyard with a window that was filled with a view of the noisy HVAC unit. We didn't stay in the room. We left and stayed elsewhere.

It is outside of a major city but everything you need is nearby, very tranquil… the perfect blend of everything for an Arizona staycation! The maintenance staff was awesome! both friendly and helpful when we needed them.

Some of the breakfast staff lacked a friendly disposition and hospitality training.

The staff were very nice. The room was comfortable, though in need of some upgrading such as bathroom cupboards were worn, but it was a large room with a comfortable bed. A/C worked, etc. Microwave and fridge in room. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant at the golf course.

The breakfast was disappointing … served by staff who service was perfunctory .. styrofoam plates and a fork but no knife for pancakes. Line up and ask for main course … most things were available but not attractive, for example 2 small pancakes were given from a plastic bag of pre-made pancakes … another time we would have breakfast somewhere else.

Liked that breakfast was included. Did not like the bed at all.

The room was comfortable and the included breakfast was good. There was a nice pool and spa area that would have been nice to use but it was very windy and not fun to be outdoors. There were very nice murals painted in the elevators.

The bed was pushed very close to wall and to a metal curtain holder. The location made it tricky to get in and out of bed for the person on that side which was me. The air conditioner turned on loudly at around 2am and I could not get it adjusted in my sleepy state so it cycled loudly for the rest of the night. The view was to an enclosed atrium so it was a little weird not having an outside view. A higher priced room would have likely been better.

The staff is exceptionally accommodating and very welcoming. The property is in a beautiful location. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge area take full advantage of the view. Having a full breakfast included everyday is a really nice convenience.

The mattresses are very, very soft. The property and furnishings are showing their age.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They always greeted us, happily answered our questions, and offered restaurant suggestions. Rooms were clean and sanitized, housekeeping regularly checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast included made to order omelets. Enjoyed a relaxing time at the pool, watching the koi, the golfers, and visits by Roadrunners. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. We highly recommend Canoa Ranch Golf Resort.

Very Friendly staff and helpful. I would like to thank the front desk staff especially Priscilla very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We had a suite. We will return and maybe make it a year event.

Our room was small but nicely appointed and a comfy bed. We went for the nice pool and hot tub and they did not disappoint. At breakfast my omelette was just right. The coffee is a bit weak, but I'm used to Starbucks.

The elevator was super slow. The balcony off our room was interior facing to inside the building.

we asked for a quiet room, and we were given an adjoining room. it was clean, but very small and could hear our neighbour’s television as if it was in our room. could also hear telephone conversations, etc.

I took the genius deal on Booking.com. That was a big mistake. I received what had to of been the worst room in the resort. The window faced directly into the oversized, HVAC equipment outside of the building. The temperature inside the room was 78 degrees. So, I called the front desk to ask for a different room. The staff response was that I could pay for an upgrade. It seemed like bait and switch to me. I get a deal online they give me the worst room possible and then tell me if I paid more, they could help me out. So I didn’t take them up on their offer to pay more for a better room. during the evening, I discover that The hot water valve in the bathroom sink was broken. The shower valve would let water out, but wouldn’t control the temperature. There were ants in the bathroom. I couldn’t control the temperature in the room. in the morning, I go down to the front desk to see if I can get a refund on my nonrefundablegenius deal at booking.com. Desk staff start the conversation the same way they did with my phone call and offered that I could pay more for a different room. I informed them of all the issues in the room, and they finally agreed to put me in a different room but no refund was possible. Lesson learned. Don’t take the genius deal on Booking.com.
