Nice facility would stay again now I know the process

The gym

The check-in process was stressful. The people at the front desk were unfriendly and very unhelpful. Why because I booked via a booking agent. Even when my driver came for me they refused to call my room to tell me they were there. I did not realize I was booking via an agent.

Good

The security men prevented me from parking at the car park a couple of times. I will entreat hosts and management of the facility to educate them so as to prevent further embarrassment of guests and or tenants

Exceptional

Very clean and modern! I love the pool and aesthetics when u go past the reception. The gym is lovely and always open and the apartment itself was clean. The property is also very close to restaurants and bards in the area which seem to be on the rise. Even to get to the airport and into town is not too long.

At times it can seem as the staff don’t want to speak to you unless spoken to, in regards to assistance. They can see that you are lost but no one wants to goes out of their way to help unless they are asked.
