I was very happy to see that the bad reviews were acknowledged. They put new carpeting throughout the rental & also replaced the rusted fridge. The kitchen stools could use some cleaning but overall it was very clean.

We stayed with family 6 adults 2 teens. There was pletny of room for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed other than no blender. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The property itself was extremely clean which can be attributed to the gentleman doing maintenance we saw him everyday working hard and it shows the grounds were spotless and in good working order. We had a minor issue with the dryer they had someone out to fix it within hours the same day. Top notch would highly recommend and would rent again!

The size of condo was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately most of it was outdated. The fridge was old and rusty. The carpet in bedrooms was old and disgusting. Needs to be replaced with vinyl. The tubs needed to be updated. Kitchen didn’t have blender or mixer . Living room furniture old. The view was amazing

In general it’s a very nice condo. Spacious rooms, large balcony with excellent views. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property and the condo were very clean with the exception of the refrigerator. It was dirty and rusty and definitely needs replaced! Kitchen provided basic dishes and cook wear. If you plan to do any cooking you will need to bring your own spices, salt pepper, etc…
I was not impressed with the property manager. I stay in this area every year and have worked with several different property managers. This property manager was the least impressive of any I have worked with in the area and I would not contact them again for a rental. The little niceties that other property managers provide, was just sorely missing here.

Everything about this unit was stellar. Spacious, clean, well maintained and location location location. Definitely will book this unit in the future and would recommend it to family and friends.

Easy access to the beach. Parking was a NIGHTMARE! Only one spot for the unit and that in itself will keep us from ever returning to this location. Unit needs a lot of updates. Unit wasn’t very clean. Carpet was nasty. Kitchen appliances were rusted and ice machine did not work. Not enough utensils, etc. etc. I’m not sure that anything can be done about the parking. Everything else would be an easy fix!
Having said all that we still had a wonderful time on the beach and watching the dolphins in the morning.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Very close to the beach, which was most important to us, condo was clean but desperately need some updates. Carpet is getting outdated, several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms, and kitchen appliances, though functional, are unsightly due to rust areas. We stay in the gulf every year and most places provide beach towels and beach chairs. None are provide here. The weather for our stay was perfect so fortunately we spent most of our time outdoors so the negatives if the condo were minimized. We would definitely consider staying at this condo again if the updates mentioned were finished.

This was a perfect location. Right on the beach and also close to restaurants. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. Would recommend bringing your own kitchen essentials. That is the only place the listing was missing. So bring your own paper towels, cooking basics, etc. Communication with the property were great. Anytime I sent an email they responded almost immediately. Kudos to maintenance. He made sure the property in the pool and beach area were always kept clean. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a great location right in front of the beach. The view is amazing! if you are into pictures, this is a good place for you. It is also close to John Pass, about 5 minutes driving. The appliances in the house are very old, expect loud noises from the washer or dryer, and long time for the range to heat up. Rooms are nice but mattresses could be improved. The checking process for us was bad, there were delays due to repairs being done close to the time I was going to checking. Also our parking spot was taken and we had to call the on call services for instructions. The on call services was TERRIBLE! They considered my call a non emergency call and did not want to page the host. I had to persist that if I cannot get a parking (other spots are subject to towing) I would not be able to stay. After a long back and forward, the on call services decided to make the page. In overall this is a good place, but there are similar options around all this area around the same price range or better

Pros-
Location location location. This condo has it. 90 seconds from the balcony to the beach and your toes are not only in the sand but the water.
Beautiful view from the balcony.
Spacious living area, nice bathrooms and bedrooms.
If you are traveling with family who have trouble walking or young children who like to run back and forth, they have a good elevator and access to the beach is very good.
The wifi and TV's are excellent, no connectivity issues- even with numerous users.
Now the cons-
it was "sort of" clean when we arrived. The floors had not been swept. The couch is raised and you can see under it and there were cheerios and some Cheetos, and dust.
The appliances and soft goods need replacing, The fridge had rust around the edges on the front and barely made ice.
A closet door came off the hinges in the bedroom, a door off the dresser came off the hinges.
In major need of a soft good overhall- carpet, furniture, mattresses & bedding, kitchen appliances.

Great place to stay! Steps to the beach and the pool, along with the fabulous view was what made this place so great! It would be really nice to have beach chairs, toys and a small cooler provided for those that are flying. We ate at Salt Rock for the early special, delicious! The beach had sea weed but May have been due to recent storms, once yiu got past it the water was clear and warm!
