We had a great stay at CityScape 1. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Getting to the property was easy. The bar downstairs was no problem at all. We enjoyed a couple drinks after traveling in. Everyone was very friendly. The location is not too from restaurants and bars. We walked each day which helped save on parking costs.

This location was great for being close to the event and close to restaurants, breweries and coffee bars. The property had everything we needed for a group of 4. We recommend Bar Alibi for unique and enjoyable after hour entertainment. Parking worked out great too. I would stay at this property again.

The condo was clean, spacious, and convenient to activities. It was well designed and lovely. The only confusing part we had was making sure we were parking in the correct location, but once we were assured we were in the right place it was extremely easy to get in and out. We were warned about possible noise from the taproom downstairs, but we were not bothered by it. Thank you for a great stay!

From reservation to departure, Merly was there every step of the way and when anything was needed or questions were asked, she was always available.
The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures depict, very clean, and heavily stocked with any and everything you may need.
The ease of entrance and parking along with the close proximity of the condo to the city was just awesome.
We will definitely rent here again in the future.

We came to Chattanooga for my birthday weekend with our two friends. We had the best time! The room was perfect size and comfortable. I am picky about beds while staying away from home and the beds were super comfortable here! The location was really good but the places we wanted to go, we had to Uber because it was a little far to walk. The Ubers weren't more than $11 so it was bad at all. It said in the listing that it could be loud because of the bar but we didn't notice the noise at all. The first night, when we got back, the bar was closed. Saturday it was open but we didn't notice the noise at all. We watched a movie and played card games and didn't even hear it.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late and the directions were so clear that even in the dark we were able to easily locate the rental. We were warned about the noise (rental is above a bar/concert venue). The host has proved noise machines as well as ear plugs. Honestly, it wasn’t too loud and we didn’t miss any sleep. I actually enjoyed not having to worry that my kids were being too loud, haha.
Great location and close enough to walk to all of the main attractions around town. We will definitely return and will be renting here again!

It was such a perfect location to the university. There’s a bar downstairs that’s sooo fun and adorable. Such a great place to stay.

The place was great! While you are above a taproom we never noticed to noise. The place was in a great spot very walkable to about everything in downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood is also getting a lot of amenities so you won’t have to walk too far for anything. We will definitely consider staying here again when we come to Town.

Great Stay!
Excellent location ... we were able to walk to all our destinations and did not have to move the car until we checked out! Apartment was beautiful, clean, comfy beds and well-equipped with everything needed for our stay. We will definitely rent again!

We had a very wonderful stay here. A very nice spot and in the best of locations. We were able to walk in any direction to all of the brewery's restaurants and other entertaining. Highly recommend. Merlita was very helpful and was always available to assist us.

Very nice property
The condo appeared to be recently updated and was very nice. Plenty of room and everything supplied for our stay. Very close to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Chattanooga Ironman
Rented this property during my short visit to Chattanooga for the 2021 Ironman. It was perfect for our 3 day stay. We were able to walk down to Ross’s landing easily for the event as well as get to good restaurants. The keypad lock made it easy to get in and out without having to keep track of keys. The apartment was very well equipped. Very happy with your stay & would highly recommend it to all those who asked for a recommendation.

Perfect!!
We booked this thinking we would have a larger group but it ended up just being two of us. It was still perfect even with the extra space. We were so impressed with all the things in the apartment and in the kitchen. Everything was beautiful and good quality. The beds were super comfortable and we are already planning on coming back next year!

Perfect location for night life.
Our overall stay was great. The property was clean and well kept. Entry door was a little unnerving but there were no issues. Perfect location to be able to walk to several locations. Lots to see and lots to do. Really enjoyed Bessie Smith museum and several of the other attractions.

Perfect Downtown Location
The loft was open and inviting, and it was perfect for 2 couples. Clean and well-maintained. Attractively decorated. I have stayed in many VRBO accommodations, and this has been one of the best. Charging stations in bedrooms and living room area. Lots of pillows, fans in bedrooms, and tons of good quality towels. leaning supplies and detergent were readily available. Location is within walking distance to the Moon Pie Store, aquarium, pedestrian bridge, and restaurants. Downtown parking is very reasonable (one fee for an entire day) if you want to drive and park. Downstairs from the loft is a free play arcade with locals. Merlita provided prompt and clear communication. About the noise from the bars, it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the loft, and it ended before we went to bed. We regularly visit Chattanooga, and this has been our favorite accommodations. October is a perfect time of year to visit Chattanooga.

Check in and out was amazing. Parking is actually closer than it appeared in the photo. If you like to walk it is relatively within walking distance to a lot of attractions and places to eat. It is a neat little place to stay. Would rent again for sure!!

Great communication with the property owner. Very helpful with all things! Provided great recommendations for dinner spots (the Stir) and even provided alternate info for street closures in town. The condo sits above Barley a swanky little bar with a great vibe. People were super nice and this provided my hubs and I time to our selves as you can sit right outside the the door to the condo to have a drink!

Family Vacation
The property was perfect for our family of 4. We were a short walk to most of the attractions and had a lot of good restaurants around us. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed to cook some of our meals there. We would go back.

Nice and clean, a little loud
Great condo. Very clean. Strong WiFi internet. Close to everything. A little louder than expected based on other reviews but spot on what the owner describes. White noise machines in the bedrooms to aid in drowning out surrounding noise.
We enjoyed our time here.
