We have stayed here many times and it’s always been great.
The tv wasn’t working. They couldn’t fix it. They didn’t offer a discount or a different room. It’s too expensive of a place not to have expected amenities.

The room was in a quiet area, which helped sleeping. The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable. The hotel location was convenient to all the things that we had planned. The history of the property is fascinating. We enjoyed the tour of the haunted room! Excellent stay!
There is nothing at all to explain. I liked everything!

Our dining experience was very nice.
The carpets in rooms are dirty, musty and moldy smelling.
