Despite booking our room months in advance, Staybridge canceled our reservation without notice. We showed up to the hotel and they said they didn't have our room. We were forced to find another hotel at 10pm! Will never stay again. Hotel staff and manager didn't help at all!

Dirty, under renovation, carpet loose paint stains, renovation supplies blocking hallways and entrance staff unfriendly and poorly trained pantry items 3x the cost of the candlewood hotel which is also an IHG property. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The location of property was ideal for our stay. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable.

We were not forewarned of ongoing renovations to property prior to our stay. Room smelled strongly of paint, paint stains on room furniture, stains on towels and linens, tattered linens and furniture.

I like the fact that the lady was nice in the office that loaned me a box to charge my phone

What I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I got put into a room that was still under construction and the room is cold I called down to let them know . They proceeded to ask me was it OK to STay In, I was not going to move furniture to stay in a roomI have to bring them down the key they don’t even come up you know they put me in another room there’s mold all in the shower and don’t wanna do anything about it I didn’t even end up staying they kept all my things

That we were told to leave , front desk person very rude , screamed at us in front of our kids , called the police , when we were trying to leave , was not told we couldnt have that many people when I made the reservation, we not give money back so we could find another motel

One of my friends is severely allergic to pork.. The lady on the afternoon shift went out of her way to make her something when all they had was sausage for the afternoon supper.. Superb! I believe her name was Johanna? She made her some cheese ravioli! Wonderful service! Everything was lovely!
