Extremely central location. Clean, cosy atmosphere. Very quiet at night. Everything new and modern, elegant. Coffee machine with coffee, also tea available, easy to prepare your own breakfast with all the nearby bakeries. Extra: you hear the famous trumpet player.

Nice room. Clean. Spacious. Good wifi. Easy self check in. Excellent location in centre of Old Town. Easy access to shops, restaurants etc.

The apartment block has no lift. There was no reference to this when booking was made. Carrying heavy luggage up winding stairs may be an issue for some people. It was for us.

Location was superb - 1 min walk to to the main square. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious, modern and clean. This property was one of the best we had stayed at in Europe on this trip.

There was no lift access so carrying luggage up the stairs was a little tough - grateful we were on the first floor.

In decades of traveling, I’ve never, ever had a hotel that was unable to accommodate luggage storage or arrange a later checkout. Not being able to leave luggage safely at the hotel was a huge inconvenience and really stressful. I had to pay extra at a nearby luggage storage spot to leave my bags. Really VERY inconvenient. For that reason I’ll never stay here again.

Clean room, all new. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely rain shower. Kitchen new and in good order. Very good location! Such a good price as well. Would highly recommend.

My only complaint was that at precisely 1100 the housekeeping were knocking on the door to come in. Just give me one minute to vacate the room.

The location was super: so close to the main square that we could hear the iconic bugler every hour. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were in and out often due to this convenient location.

We never saw any proprietor at all, so the building felt kind of deserted. We stayed for four nights but the room was never serviced. We didn't really NEED it to be serviced but it just seemed odd that nobody came around at all. We were fine with the steps, but others might not be.

We didn't see one person at reception once and would prefer having a key card to enter the building / room. The touch screen pads are quite slow to react to touch which is frustrating Rooms are supposed to be soundproof but I could hear people coming and going from other apartments and could hear a conversation from the room next door in the morning which woke me up

As it’s located near a nightclub you can clearly hear people all night, this was no big issue for us as we knew this.

The worst thing I experienced here was my flight was around 6PM and requested if there will be little late check out like 2 hours but got a reply asking me to book for another night, that's ridiculous to book a night just for 2 hours, if they can't do it they can just say it but asking me to book for another night is crazy There is a TV but no use, there is only one English channel which is just news and you cannot connect your phone or anything There is no lift, wondered what if there are older people or people who have big luggage and taking floors using stairs? I was looking for an Iron when called they said it's in ground floor, thought you can iron there but NO, you need to get iron with board to your place and after bring back to ground floor i never saw this kind of There is a reception but no one stays there I saw some negative comments after my experience whenever people say their negative experience the replies from the host are not very nice, I'm sure I will get similarly I wouldn't recommend

Amazingly located, very comfortable, warm and clean apartment. Bed was wonderful and heated floors in bathroom were a nice touch. Very modern, centrally located yet quiet apartment. Gabriela was available almost immediately through the chat option to provide anything additional we required and even kept our bags a bit longer so we could walk around the city before our bus left.

Very minor: Would have been nice if the cleaning could be done without having to request it? Not a big problem though, just can't think of anything else that could be improved. :)

Brilliant location. Nice big apartment. Ease of entry using codes. Very good WiFi reception. Big TV with English speaking channels. Brilliant shower and bathroom in general— unlike some places I have been. Kitchen facilities very good. A small microwave for reheating food would be handy but not essential. Bathrobes in cupboard if you want them and extra towels. From the Aparthotel main entrance it was only 50 steps to the end of the road and looking right you can see the Main Market Square . You can’t beat that for location.
