Location was fantastic!
We kept walking up on the hotel as we walked from site to site.
Bedspread was shabby for the rest of the room as well as the stained carpet. They should both be replaced or eliminated

The location is excellent and the overall ambiance is one of comfort and refinement. The design-scented air makes for an invitingly aromatic welcome. The decor evokes the refined style of a bygone era, but in a light, clean and airy way.
The seating area under a sloping roof (room on the top floor) requires being aware of one’s surroundings! Bring along your own hotel slippers. The main entrance is in between two small restaurants and is easy to miss.

It's very close to the city center. The historical building is tastefully decorated.
I made my reservation a long time ago and specifically mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. However, we were given a dark room with a view of a wall.
We also had an issue with the lack of hot water for tea at breakfast. In addition, despite the room being serviced, the bathroom and the floors were still dirty.
