Hotel Wentzl

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wentzl and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Gregory was absolutely wonderful, warm, welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. From the moment we arrived, he gave us a map with recommendations around the city and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area. The room was lovely - beautifully renovated, comfortable, pleasant, and very clean. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything we needed to start the day. The location is fantastic and made it very easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Any issue or question we had was handled quickly and with genuine care by Gregory, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. We’d also like to give a special mention to Kacper, who was equally kind and helpful and contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. We really appreciated the tasty and generous lunch boxes that we were given for the journey back when we checked out at midnight. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend the hotel!

Fantastic location ,overlooking main square. Large comfortable room with large double.very well fitted bathroom . Polite and helpful staff.

The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect. Everything is extremely clean, good quality towels and bed linen. The view from our balcony was wonderful, we enjoyed every moment. Breakfast also good. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Pillows were like a shapeless mass, they should be replaced with new ones.

Wonderful communication, all inquiries were promptly answered. Super friendly and helpful staff.

 Official website has individual detailed description of each room. Request for Room #25 was honored. View of square is awesome, especially magical at night. Noise level was OK despite being on 2nd floor. You can either open the windows and enjoy vibe and musical performance below, or close them to enjoy the view in quiet.
 Breakfast was adequate. In addition to the buffet, there is a small egg order menu. Free bikes for guests. Airport xfer was 150 pln which is convenient but pricey.

Pillows were either too small or too big & flat. Normal pillows please!
