Lokalizacja to mega atut tego miejsca, bo jest to ścisłe centrum miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna (lekko zakrecona ale pozytywnie). Generalnie pobyt na uczciwe 6/10
Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, ale to chyba kiedyś. Drzwi wejściowe latają w futrynie i wszystko słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu. TV dośc stare i co chwila się wyłączające.

Fabulous location overlooking the main square. The room we had was at the front and so had a great view of the square.

The location is mora than excellent and the hotel itself is part of Cracow heritage. The managing staff was very helpful and facilitate both our transfer from and to the airport with goog taxi-drivers. They make research for us on internet to find were was the lady with ermine painting and so on.
The only negative point , which is quite small, was about the drinks provided in the room. No complimentary water, no beer in the fridge and the breakfast was not on line with the other elements of the stay.

The sullen young receptionist on the late shift, who had no customer service skills whatsoever, the men on the other shifts were polite and helpful.
The reception area is dull and not very welcoming. Could do with background music and sweets or flowers to liven it up.

The location is so amazing, there is nothing else I can say. If you want literally everything on your feet, along with a gorgeous view.. there you go!!

The location could not be better.
The building is beautiful with tall ceilings and spacious rooms. We had two rooms that looked out into the square.

This was our second time in Hotel Wentzl, it´s like a palace. It´s placed in the heart of Krakow, our great room had views to the Main Square.
The breakfast hall could have a better decoration.

Everything from location, staff, accommodation and food were amazing! Very helpful on tourist information and tour tickets. We had nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel, we're definitely returning!

Room had a great view of the Main Square, but was still quiet when the windows were closed

The rooms were decorated so beautifully and were very cozy. You felt right at home. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The view from the hotel window over the square was spectacular.
