Fantastic little hotel. Really nice and a great location. Right in the heart of the old town. Would definitely recommend for couple's.

The location was perfect as it was a short walk from a lot of nearby attractions. The breakfast was also really good with a welcoming staff.
The room was smaller than expected and I would say not worth the price that was payed for it.

We visited Krakow for 24hrs (family of 5) and could not have wished for a better location. The hotel is really well situated in the old town, only a few minutes from the main square. we loved the huge rooms which were spotless and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I will come here again!
Nothing to fault. Great hotel. A point to note: We had a hire car and there is no parking at the hotel. Obviously not the hotel’s fault. There is parking nearby but it’s expensive. We might have been better off returning the car before getting to Krakow.

The ambience and location. I really like the design of the rooms and the big bath room along with a very comfortable bed. The building is located very near to the main attractions. The breakfast is delicious and served underground. There is quite popular bar downstairs with oysters and Prosecco.
Its a city hotel in the very center of it. I think they could improve the soundproofing. I used to wake up very early due to vehicles passing by.

Location just off the main square. Easy to walk around the city. Good size room with nice shower. Staff very friendly and even lent us umbrellas.
A constant dripping noise outside our window when it rained . Bed a bit too soft and lighting could be brighter

Hotel Senacki is a beautiful hotel located close to everything in Kraków. The room was perfect. The staff is helpful and friendly.

travelling by car so needed to carry the luggage s bit but nothing serious honestly

I did enjoy my stay at Hotel Senacki. It was quite a feeling and there Is nothing nothing I can complain about. Reception personnel Extremely kind and always eager to help. I can't fail to acknowledge the kindness of the Girl at the reception...I don't know her know....She had a double haircut with one sideburn colored in purple. Can't wait to visit Krakow again and stay at Senacki Hotel. Greatly recommended
