Reception staff were very responsive to our enquiries. Handy location to walk to Old Town and Jewish area as is right in the middle. Quite apartment. Lift

Limited space to relax in. Limited space to put luggage. Big coffee machine takes up too much space on kitchen bench which means not much room for much else.

When travelling, having a comfortable place to relax and recharge is essential, and STRADONIA Serviced Apartments was an exceptional base for our stay in Kraków. The staff were remarkably polite, friendly, and helpful. They answered every question clearly and accurately, which made us feel welcome and reassured throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as all the dishes, cutlery, and basic kitchen equipment we needed. After eating out for several days, it was especially convenient to prepare a simple meal and enjoy dinner in the comfort of the apartment. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was another major advantage, particularly during a longer stay. One load of laundry detergent was provided, and additional detergent could be purchased at reception. With these practical amenities, the apartment felt less like a hotel room and more like a comfortable home in Kraków. Breakfast was another highlight. There were five options to choose from, and it was delivered to the apartment every morning. This thoughtful service made it possible to start the day at a relaxed pace. Waste could also be sorted and disposed of in the designated area next to reception, which was another convenient feature for an extended stay. If I have the opportunity to visit Kraków again, I would choose STRADONIA Serviced Apartments without hesitation.

Booked the one bedroom apt with fireplace for a long weekend trip with adult children. We were offered an upgrade to the biggest one bedroom with 2 bathrooms which we took, for a small fee. Huge apt, large bathrooms, dressing room, kitchen etc. Tasteful decor throughout. 2 single beds that were extremely comfortable, a large sofa bed which just about fit my 6ft8 son. Everything was extremely clean both in the apt and the communal areas. Receptionist was very helpful, gave us a map of the area, we already had an excursion booked with a pick up point which she assisted us with. Excellent location, for both Jewish quarter and Main Square. Would highly recommend and happily stay again.

There was nothing to dislike at all.
