We loved the location, very convenient, walking distance to all major attractions. The reception staff was amazing, so helpful and efficient if you need restaurants or transfers organised. We, also were very happy with breakfast. There is a huge selection of food and they make lovely eggs/omelettes and porridge to order.

Our room had slanted roof/ ceilings and was on a small side for 4 people. We didn’t really mind but it might be inconvenient for tall people.

La habitación es súper pequeña, ni sitio para dejar la maleta. El aire acondicionado no iba y hemos pasado frío.

Un hôtel à taille humaine, très bien tenu. Le confort de la chambre avec vue sur le petit parc menant au château du Wawel. Le petit déjeuner, excellent. L’amabilité du personnel.

Cet hôtel que je pensais un peu "sans âme" est une adresse de choix ! Remarquablement situé, l'ensemble de la vieille ville de Cracovie est accessible à pied. De plus le confort de ses chambres est parfait. Enfin l'accueil comme le service sont excellent. Je recommande donc cette excellente adresse !

Heerlijk hotel gelegen in het stadscentrum van Krakau. Perfecte locatie, in slechts 5 minuten wandelen sta je in het midden van het centrum. Gelegen aan fijn en rustig park waar je gezellig doorheen kunt wandelen onderweg naar het centrum. Pal naast het prachtige Wawel Kasteel. Het hotel heeft hele fijne kamers, goede bedden en een uitstekend ontbijt! Ook de bar is enorm gezellig om na een dagje Krakau te ontspannen met een lekker drankje. Kamers zijn goed geluidsdicht, je hebt geen last van andere kamers of geluiden van buiten. Het personeel is ook werkelijk enorm vriendelijk, aardig en behulpzaam. En dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Wij zouden hier ZEKER terugkomen als we weer in Krakau zijn! Absolute aanrader.

Fabulous interior

Hotel is conveniently located for Krakow old town centre in a quiet side of the central area. Very little traffic passes by especially in the evening so it is in an idea location. Also a short walk to the river and the castle. Inside, the rooms and facilities are very good with a really nice breakfast in a pleasant room. The bar and 2 lounges provide a pleasant place to relax after a long day.

Hard to think of anything

Excellent breakfast buffet ! Nice room. A working Airco. Nice bar.

There was one lady that during breakfast displayed very undesirable behaviour. She decided for her colleagues what to due and did not have customers as priority at all. She was more busy bringing bottles from the kitchen to another area. She insisted that each visitor must first be seated before they can order they fried eggs. But showed no concern in how low a visitor / hotel guest has to wait before she makes time to take the order. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. She has show similar unacceptable behviour during the previous visit to the Wawel Queen, when she refused to bring a glas of wine to the table in the bar. And later she exhibited the same annoying behaviour in the breakfast room: first be seated, and she will decided when it is time to take the order. Very surprizing that the hotel still employs this ill tempered lady....

Small hotel but very stylish and quiet. Staff spoke exceptional English. Lovely breakfast each morning. Fantastic location,walking distance to the old town (15 mins) yet in a very quiet location. Hotel also spotless

Rooms are compact, but the positives outweigh this.

The building, rooms and facilities were of a very high standard. The staff were friendly and always ensured you were well looked after. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in when visiting Krakow and is by far the best. I will definitely be returning to the Wavel Queen.

Only improvement would be a coffee machine in room rather than kettle & sachets and bigger towels.

Perfect location, super friendly staff. The hotel seems small but the rooms are quite comfortable and not at all small. I had a view over the park.
