In Point Dillon 403 sei in cima al mondo con vista sulle montagne e sul lago in questo confortevole 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. 4 posti letto. Grandi finestre nella zona giorno e camera da letto principale. Il grande ponte coperto rivolto a sud è il luogo ideale per un caffè mattutino. L'appartamento si trova direttamente sul lago Dillon e il percorso ricreativo della contea di Summit. Cammina verso un grande prato e il lungolago per giocare sulla neve. Il sentiero Rec è arato in inverno per camminare e ammirare le incredibili viste. Camino a gas e schermo piatto nel confortevole soggiorno. Camera da letto principale ha regina e bagno privato con doppio lavandino. Camera degli ospiti ha due gemelli. Il complesso dall'aspetto moderno dispone di vasca idromassaggio, piscina coperta, parcheggio sotterraneo riscaldato e ascensore. A soli 5 minuti da Keystone, 15 minuti da Copper Mountain o Arapahoe Basin, 20 minuti da Breckenridge e solo 30 minuti da Vail. Sul lago Dillon e il percorso ricreativo County Summit. Passeggiata al Dillon Anfiteatro e Marina. Vicino a supermercati, REI, Starbucks, negozi, cinema, parchi, ristoranti e birrerie. A soli 5 minuti dai Silverthorne Outlets.

Beautiful view, convenient location. Good communication with host. Parking lot got a little icy, and the layout with entries into bedrooms took some getting use to, but that allowed the great room to be more appealing and more enjoyment of the view. Nice open kitchen / dining / living room layout.

Very well equipped kitchen and stunning view! South facing balcony offered view of lake and busy trail. Just off highway, with traffic noise and not as walkable as expected due to heavy traffic. Nice that it is a smoke free building, including outdoors. Non updated, but more affordable unit with small, dark bathrooms but nice private layout. Plenty of linens but needs new pillows. Older, large but comfy furnishings, limited view of TV due to large cabinet and small TV for size of the room (okay for 2 people sitting right in front of tv). Twin beds were in good shape but king bed in primary needs replaced. Mgt company worked with us as we had to leave suddenly due to a person with altitude sickness in our group. Would have been nice to have access to the sauna. A bit of an awkward walk to access pool and hot tub. Garage parking was nice. Elevator occasionally jumpy.

We have rented in Point Dillon before and love the location and incredible views of the lake and mountains. This condo is extremely dated and in need of repairs. Entire condo wreaked of smell of too many different scented candles which bothered my husband, who is asthmatic, to have to use his rescue inhaler. The 3 stars is mainly for the incredible views. Also, Summit Resort Group was great to work with. We will not return to this condo however.
