Walk right out to the lawn, the lakeshore and the recreation path in winter and summer. Living room has leather couch, flatscreen and queen sofabed. Condo has free unit WiFi and cable. Lake and southwestern decor accents. Tile baths. Dining area seats 4. Covered patio has seating for 4. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Walk to restaurants, cafes, brewpub, bars. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from January to March.
Less than 5 minutes to City Market supermarket, REI, Christy Sports, Sun & Ski Sports, Pioneer Sports, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.
In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for walking.

Great location and great views. The condo was cozy and comfy. The kitchen was equipped with enough cookware, utensils and dinnerware to make cooking meals easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay; just too bad there wasn't enough snow to ski! We loved the location right on the lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Would stay there again!

Spent a couple of nights at this ground floor condo basically on Lake Dillon (there's a wonderful green space right outside the patio, then the bikepath and then the Lake).
Beautiful view from inside and from the patio, especially when the Fall colors are awesome. Its in good shape, fully equipped and very clean on arrival. The price is very reasonable, but there are hefty additional costs, so make sure you check that.
We'll stay there again to kayak and bike (great 18 mile loop around the Lake from right outside the patio).

ALL IN ALL IT WAS VERY NIC.E WE LIKE THELITTLE UNIT . NOT FANCY BUT OK. ONLY ISSUE WE HAD THSI TIEM WAS THE NEIGHBOR UP ABOVE US KEPT STOMPING BACK AND FORTHT BACKANDFORTH NOT SURE WHAT HE OR SHE DOES BUT IT S ALLHOURS DAY AND NITE. I TOLD THELADY AT YOUR OFFICE WHEN WE CHECKED OUT.
