Splendida quintessenza del cottage di Cape Cod nascosto nel quartiere di Gateway Isles. Il nostro cottage ha avuto recenti lavori di ristrutturazione e si trova a South Yarmouth vicino alle spiagge sonore di Nantucket, Bass River e Rt 28 / Main Street.
A pochi minuti da negozi, go cart, golf in miniatura, gelateria, piste ciclabili e 4 spiagge oceaniche.
La nostra casa ha 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno, soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo. Dorme 6. Camera da letto # 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e ampio armadio, camera da letto # 2 ha due letti singoli e ampio armadio. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno.
** Costo del cane: $ 50. 00 - soggiorno minimo di 2 notti; $ 100. 00 - rimanere settimanalmente ** Per quanto amiamo i gatti, non li permettiamo a causa di gravi allergie dei nostri altri ospiti.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beachy cottage. The hosts provided everything we needed even things we did not think of like rainy day board games, beach chairs, and a wagon. It was unusually cool at night during our stay in the Cape and the gas fire pit out back is perfect for hoodie weather. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located. Plenty of activities, food, and shopping nearby. While you could walk it to the nearest beach we found having bicycles to run back and forth very convenient. It is a 3 minute bike ride to beautiful Bass River Beach. We avoided parking fees by dropping off and biking back. The cottage is clean and tastefully decorated. Hosts have thought of everything; we did not have to buy anything except groceries. The best thing is they allow dogs and this is a perfectly dog walk-able area. The patio, grill, and outdoor shower area is perfect for after/mid beach chill outs. It was nice to wash off the beach and have lunch. We would love to stay at this cottage again.

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was completely evident that the owners take immense pride in this home. The cottage has undergone recent thoughtful renovations, updating the space beautifully while keeping its authentic, cozy character intact. The entire place is as neat as a pin—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organized, and inviting. Best of all, everything worked flawlessly, providing us with absolutely zero vacation stress.The layout was spacious, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, safe, and incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful sanctuary.Location-wise, we couldn't ask for a better spot. A short, easy walk straight to the ocean. Even better, it was just a 20 min stroll away from the famous Skipper's Restaurant! Gotta get those steps in, before the fish and chips :)Last, but not least, Bonnie was a great host and helped us at every step. If you are looking for the absolute quintessential Cape Cod escape, this hidden gem of a cottage is your answer. Tucked away in a peaceful, quintessential coastal neighborhood, this property offers the perfect blend of classic New England charm and modern comfort. It is truly the ultimate retreat for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the best of the Cape.Highly recommended!

This was the perfect home for our weekend getaway. It was spacious and immaculate. Great location close to attractions and the beach. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.
