This home has everything you could want and more. The absolute perfect location. Property owners are always available at moments notice if you need them for anything. One of the BEST VRBO stays I’ve experienced. Such an amazing city to visit and even better when you have a place like this to lay your head at night! SOLID FIVE STARS!

The apartment was perfect for us and our daughter and her boyfriend. We were able to walk down to Broadway in just a few minutes. Many places to eat and drink nearby. This place was perfect!

Tina was absolutely amazing to work with and so very helpful and accommodating! Our original reservation with a different VRBO location/owner got cancelled only two hours before check in and we had to scramble to find another place to stay.....Tina stepped right up, and made everything turn out great. She was extremely responsive and got us booked into her place even though the offices had closed for the night and she had to do it herself. She definitely saved our trip!!
And the condo was in an amazing location! Right in the middle of everything and a super easy walk wherever we wanted to go. It was so fun to people watch through the wall of windows as everyone walked by. And having a parking spot so close by for our rental car was a great bonus as well! Can't say enough good things about Tina and her place!

Perfect!
Save a ton for downtown lodging over hotels near Lower Broadway and enjoy all the comforts of home. This unit is cozy, clean, comes with a ton of amenities and is just steps from the honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, and plenty of great places to eat right on 2nd Avenue. The unit has windows overlooking the street so you get to enjoy the sights and sounds, even while lounging between trips out, and a place to replenish your supply of spirits directly below. It's a great place to rest, has nice hot showers and is easily the best-priced unit on 2nd Avenue. Tina, the owner is awesome as well. She'll keep you informed from the time of booking and will ensure you have everything you need to an enjoyable stay in Music City. 5 STARS!

Great place to stay right downtown within walking distance of all the famous attractions. The place is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location
We had a fabulous stay at this loft. We all loved watching the party buses, pedal parties, horse drawn carriages and all the other traffic right out the windows. Loved being able to walk to dinner and shopping every day. Only negative is the downstairs door for the liquor store was extremely loud and obnoxious constantly banging. All in all great time!

Great place for a long-term stay
We had a great, week long stay at this property! It is a safe area, very near to downtown Nashville. The property is very nice and spacious. I highly recommend and will re-book in the future.

We had a great stay! Perfect location for enjoying the music scene on broadway. So close to everything.
Could update the beds and maybe put ceiling fans or something in rooms but not the worst I’ve stayed in.
Owners were great to work with and very responsive to our questions.

All I can say is the condo was better then the pictures showed on the website! We loved it...very comfortable and a home away from home feeling. The location was the best..near all the great spots..enjoyed all the music and food..Definitely will returned!

This was a great place to enjoy downtown Nashville. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Communication from owner was good as well. It was nice to have the one parking pass too, otherwise parking would have cost a lot.

I loved the location. I will never stay in a hotel in Nashville EVER again! I was concerned at first because it was loud and truly in the middle of all of the action. Turned out to be perfect!

We enjoyed the location as we could walk to most of the "touristy" hang outs! The condo had a well furnished kitchen which was awesome as we cooked in for a lot of our meals. The bedrooms were very small, but the beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the dining table and watching the activities on 2nd street...which provided quite a bit of entertainment! I really like the security of entering the building and condo. I would note to keep in mind the condo is a "loft"...meaning that once you enter the condo, one has to climb two small flights of stairs to actually be in the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

2 min walk to printers alley. 5 min walk to Broadway. Small convenience store downstairs and parking across th street. Tina was great host as well. I would stay here again

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend trip and would absolutely stay here again. Everything was perfect, Tina made sure we had soap, paper towels, toilet paper.. all the things you may not get enough of in a house rental. She provided brochures and ideas for what to do around the area. The location was great, off Broadway but close to the action. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our trip.

The condo is located right downtown and everything is in walking distance. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean and the kitchen well stocked. Tina was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely keep this on my list for the next time we visit Nashville!

Perfect location if your planning to bar hop, go to the Bridgestone or Ryman!! Super clean, recently updated! Loved having the kitchen available to make breakfast or late night snacks! We used an app called Instacart, and had groceries delivered to us the first night we arrived! We will certainly stay here again!
