Casa tranquilla in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. Ideale per famiglie e piccoli incontri. Questa bellissima casa costruita nel 2003 presenta una combinazione di rivestimenti in legno e ardesia, enormi tronchi di pino e soffitti a volta di 20 piedi. La voce si apre con l'ardesia corrispondente e una comoda stanza delle polveri. L'open space ti invita nel soggiorno, cucina, sala da pranzo e splendido camino in ardesia. I lucernari nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto forniscono luce naturale e viste delle stelle dal letto. Le camere sono in moquette e ognuna ha un ventilatore a soffitto per il massimo comfort in tutte le stagioni. La casa può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. Due delle tre camere hanno il bagno privato. Tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno sono dotati di sistemi Roku controllati in modo indipendente, così puoi goderti la TV in diretta, i tuoi sport preferiti o i film. Sistema audio multi-room Sonos controllato dal tablet Android fornito. Internet via cavo da 200 Mbps a 20 Mbps in su per video 4K, necessità di lavoro e chiamate WiFi. La camera a castello è enorme e un luogo di ritrovo ideale per i bambini. Dispone di un garage per 2 auto e di un ampio cortile appartato con vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone, amaca e sedile a dondolo. La casa ha i pavimenti in legno Hickory al piano di sotto ed è arredata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e pino nodoso in tutto. I trailhead di Desolation Wilderness sono accessibili da Emerald Bay, a 15 minuti a sud. Il trailhead Rubicon è 5 minuti a nord. John. Being first time to use VRBO we were impressed by the pictures and description. However when we got there things were different. There is a dangerous broken step in the front stairs. It advertised Two queen beds in the main bedrooms. One was not more than a double. Had we known that we would have passed on your rental. There was only one wash cloth in all the 4 bathrooms. One hand towel had black marks on it. One hand towel in kitchen and no dish towels. The blind in the living room would not work up or down. Screen missing on window in master bedroom. Back yard was woodsy but not really very usable. I’m sure we were quite a pain when the power went out. However that could have been avoided with a proper emergency kit with appropriate lanterns and batteries. We went through two outages and no internet also for at least.24 hours. Did we survive sure we did. But unnecessary calls to you and your agent. Judging from all the generators in the area it seems obvious that power outages are quite frequent and long. Overall we did enjoy our stay. House was clean and check in a breeze. But the house needs maintenance. Especially coming out of winter. Bear wire was not a problem. We did have a big black bear amble through the back yard on garbage day. Must know the that’s potential food day. The area was nice. But Uber not a good option because of so far from good restaurants. Very expensive. For future renters who ask.

John and Diane are absolutely wonderful and their home is beautiful, spacious, and has all the amenities you can ask for. Hot tub was perfect. They are so caring as we are dealing with this epic storm in Tahoe.

Overall my family and I had a good time at this house the location and the house itself was great for families plenty of space and the way they set it up made it comfortable for everybody John was great at communicating the biggest issue we had is with the leasing office that they worked with the manager Esmeralda was very rude and poor communicating we asked for an early check in she said that that it was possible and to call around 1 o’clock she didn’t answer till 4 o’clock and let us know that our house would it be ready till maybe 430. They don’t let you know until a couple days before check in but you have to go pick up the keys at the leasing office in Tahoe city which was a complete nightmare at 4 o’clock the whole reason why we picked this house is that we could avoid that area they don’t allow early check-in‘s because the leasing office doesn’t want to and then when we finally got to the place it was not properly cleaned it was broken glass on the kitchen floor that one of our family members stepped on & cut their foot and glass in the dishes that someone just left and food all on the table chips crumbs hair on the towels… Kitchen ware was completely outdated . I spoke to the owner and they did give me half of my cleaning fee back which was nice but I feel like the full cleaning deposit should be given back . I love the location of the house but I wouldn’t want to deal with the leasing office again and having to pick up the keys when they have a lockbox for the house cleaners but they don’t trust the guest to check in themselves really weird ?and they have a neighbor that watches the house constantly if we left the garage door open for 20 minutes the owner would call and let us know to shut it bc of bears which was nice but they definitely have a extremely noisy neighbor so if you’re OK with people watching you at all times and dealing with a rude leading office And late check-in to a semi cleaned house this rental will work for you!
