Honestly guys for someone that travels with a young family frequently this villa was appalling standards for living only one bed was able to be slept in due to condition of mattresses . Electrics also never worked the spiders and bugs were worse than anywhere I had been and that’s not even me getting started so upon arrival and reviving the keys the maids had not been so there were no towels and no bedding after 5 they arrived . After checking out I was told that I had to pay 3000 bhat for electricity and 3000 baht for juice stain on the paper thin quilt was pretty much the last straw for me

The management of the property need sorted out

The layout of the villa and the pool were excellent for a family with young children. In fact one actually learnt to swim whilst we were there. We think the villa was good value for money.

The location, you need transport to get anywhere which can bump up the price of the holiday. There was no information at the villa it would have been helpful to have a list of local amenities, restaurants, taxis and emergency numbers with contact details in both English and Tai
