Vieni a goderti un po 'di divertimento al sole nel nostro condominio ristrutturato al 100% e decorato 2BR, 2. 5BA 1384sf al Del Mar Beach Club. Tutte le finiture, gli arredi e gli elettrodomestici NUOVISSIMI del 2012 rendono questa vacanza perfetta per la tua famiglia.

La nostra spiaggia semi-privata, 4 piscine, tennis, centro fitness e club house con vista sull'intero Oceano Pacifico rendono questa casa vacanze fantastica. Condominio ha TV, via cavo, internet, ampio patio privato con sala da pranzo esterna. Entrambe le camere sono Master Suite con letti king size e spa come i bagni. Camera Familiare con Camino. Centro di intrattenimento e spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi. La cucina aperta e piena di luce si apre sulla grande sala da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere al tavolo. I pavimenti in legno e la pietra naturale creano un'atmosfera fresca, rilassata e personalizzata in questo fantastico condominio. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, compresa la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice nell'unità, e l'armadio di stoccaggio nel parcheggio sotterraneo per i tuoi attrezzi da spiaggia.
Siamo situati nel complesso Oceanfront del Del Mar Beach Club, di fronte alla Del Mar Race Track, al quartiere fieristico della contea e al Cedros Design District. Shopping, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici tutti raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi.
Sebbene elenchiamo una tariffa a notte, ti preghiamo di notare che noi, il Del Mart Bech Club e la città di Solana Beach richiediamo un minimo di 6 notti per tutte le proprietà in affitto.

We had a great stay in Solana Beach and this condo was exactly what we were looking for. It's spacious, clean, and well maintained, with 2 large bedrooms, each with an en suite. One of the bedrooms also has 2 trundle beds, which was great for younger kids. The living space is very comfortable and has an absolutely enormous couch, which easily fit all 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. The property is fantastic, with several pools (including one that's heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, and easy beach access. It's a quick walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need.Steve is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This property really is in such a good location. The condo was clean, good space and great for hanging out. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We would walk to the water daily and it’s so close and easy to access the beach. We will be staying here again if it’s available when our trips down to SD come around.

Great stay!! Loved the setup. Made a beach vacation with our three young kids doable. Would certainly stay there again.

We had mixed feelings about the property, but overall our stay was good.
Good: Complex is nice and well maintained, used pool and hot tub which were teen friendly, pickle ball and tennis courts were nice, cute neighborhood near fairground felt safe with many restaurants and shops, beach was clean and somewhat easily accessible, parking was easy, the unit itself was spacious with an extra daybed in the family room providing more sleeping options than expected, rooms were a good size, 2.5 baths served us perfectly, kitchen space was perfect for our needs, easy travel to San Diego for sight seeing and other activities
Not So Good: The unit was not clean when we arrived and we had to stay in a hotel the first night. The beds were not made, there were dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer and it was obvious the unit had not been touched since the last occupants were there. That being said, the property manager did do everything possible to make it right with prompt communication the next morning and refunds immediately. Upon our return to the unit, we were still a little uneasy with the cleanliness. We did rewash all the bedding since we couldn't be sure it had been cleaned before the beds were made. There were still towels in the washer and dishes in the bottom of the dishwasher. To be honest, this place needs a good cleaning and a little TLC.
Suggestions: Would give some and added property details to make this place great instead of just good but out of space.
