Questo condominio di lusso si trova a Solana Beach, situato sulle scogliere sopra il bellissimo Oceano Pacifico. A pochi isolati dalla famosa pista del Mar Del Racetrack e Fairgrounds.
Del Mar Beach Club è un complesso fronte oceano privato / recintato. Questo appartamento completamente arredato può ospitare 4 persone: la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli / singoli. Siamo ammessi per 5 persone ma non abbiamo un letto aggiuntivo per la 5a persona. Tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina sono ripiani in acciaio inossidabile e granito. TV a schermo piatto LCD con TV via cavo e DVR pronti per non perdere nessuno dei tuoi programmi preferiti. La TV è in ogni camera da letto. Accesso Internet WIFI ad alta velocità incluso. Avrai un posto auto assegnato. Può fornire un secondo posto auto assegnato se richiesto. Il parcheggio Quest è disponibile con un pass per il parcheggio Quest. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nell'unità per la vostra convenienza.
Quando si sale dalla spiaggia c'è una Club House / Lounge che si trova al piano terra sulla via del ritorno all'unità. L'area Club House / Lounge ha un bagno con doccia calda in fondo al corridoio. La Club House / Lounge si affaccia sull'oceano e ha un grande camino centrale per rilassarsi e guardare i tramonti.
Accesso rapido alla spiaggia:
C'è una larga scala privata a pochi passi dall'unità costruita nella scogliera che porta dal complesso alla spiaggia che è molto più privata a causa dell'accesso limitato.
SERVIZI:
Oceanfront Swimming Pools 2 di loro sul Bluff e un'altra piscina sul lato opposto della spiaggia. C'è anche un'altra piscina riscaldata tutto l'anno proprio accanto al nostro condominio che ha anche una grande sauna e una Jacuzzi interna per 7 persone, bagno con doccia, barbecue e palestra (solo 18 anni o più). All'ufficio in loco dovrai firmare un modulo di rinuncia e depositare $ 50. 00 per la chiave che verrà rimborsata una volta restituita la chiave). Ci sono 2 campi da tennis (inoltre avrà bisogno di un deposito e chiave dall'ufficio in loco). Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, banche e molti negozi.

Il complesso si trova sul promontorio con una fantastica vista sull'oceano seduti in piscina o seduti sul ponte panoramico a pochi passi dal condominio. Goditi anche la vista nella club house / lounge chiusa che si affaccia sull'oceano anche a pochi passi dal condominio. Questo condominio NON ha vista sull'oceano

We have stayed 3 times in this general area of Solana Beach and this location has the best and easiest access to the beach and a great viewing area for the beautiful sunsets. Kim the host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The bedrooms are a fair size, the master bath is a bit cramped but fine, linens, towels, soaps are all provided, the kitchen has lots of plates, dishes, cups and appliances. We did notice whoever does the cleaning between renters needs to do a better job, there was some dust and lots of human hair all around the bathroom sink and tubs which were easily washed away. I also borrowed some cooking utensils to use for our stay from our daughter since the ones there were a bit old and the plastic spatula was melted. Again, this is not a big deal for us. Parking for our car was just around the corner from the front door, we were able to see the car from the dining room. Being right next to the pool was a little noisy but that was no big deal. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the pool on one of the main streets in the complex. There was a bit of car/truck noise in the morning from the garbage truck making its rounds and the construction vehicles that would pull in to do the work on the buildings roofs. There was a lot of construction going on and scaffolding all around some of the buildings and it would have been nice to have known about it. Overall, a great place to stay and we would do so again.

Kim Dotter could not have been more helpful. Communication was good. ( we called her many times )Location was great. We walked Del Mar beach daily…heavenly. Hope to return.

Overall, I would rate this as just an average vacation rental. The beach club, access to the pool and access to the beach are fantastic, but the condo itself was not great.
To begin with, the Del Mar Beach Club is a quiet spot, and the beach was great and pretty private/quiet as well. There are a lot of steps to get down the cliff, but you can see those in the pictures so that was fine. It's only about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the condo. The beach club is right by the Del Mar race track, and traffic was very congested due to an event there.
The pool is right outside the back door from the condo and again was never very busy. We enjoyed that.
Things we didn't like:
The check-in instructions we received from Homeaway were apparently not the instructions the manager expected us to get. A few phone calls upon arrival (she was very helpful) got us in, so it was only a mild irritation.
The condo itself smells very musty/damp. We opened windows and ran fans the whole time we were there and it helped a little, but not much. There were lots of little things that just show a lack of attention to detail throughout; I won't list them all but there were enough for us to notice. The wifi was a constant struggle; kept having to reset it to get signal and even then you wouldn't get it out in the living room, only back in the master bedroom where the router is located.
We've stayed at many Homeaway/VRBO places, and every other place there has been some sort of note/instruction out on a counter or table for you to help explain the rules and also welcome you to your vacation rental. In this case, we had to search through the drawers and found a stack of old papers and the instructions for check-out were somewhere in the middle of the stack of paper.
In the end, we enjoyed the location and access to the beach and pool, but the rest was average.
