This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Love, love this place and would absolutely no doubt to stay here again! Your on the beach with ocean breeze what more can you ask for. The condo is perfect, feels like it’s a new place and has everything you can possibly need. Will the manager was more then fabulous, provided all the information you needed about the condo and was always there promptly when you needed anything😁

The location is centrally located down Mission Beach! The room was very clean and stocked for comfort. We loved how all windows opened up for fresh ocean air. The owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check out as there were not guest booked to come in. Will look for the property again in the future.

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

Door lock broken upon check in. Took several hours to get fixed therefore couldn’t leave to get dinner. Table and lounge chair area shared with other units. Not really a big problem but don’t expect exclusive use. No privacy with slider open. Lots of traffic from other units right outside. Window shades offer no privacy at night. You can see directly into condo when inside lights are on.
Hot water system is totally weird. Fan/light doesn’t work properly. Only 2 towels and washcloths for a 6 night stay. First VRBO experience so maybe expected too much.
Location was great but wouldn’t rent this unit again.

This was my son's 50th Birthday "present"...to relive his youth at Mission Beach. He had a GREAT tie. He said it met many nice people as well. The weather was great. He could not have been happier. Thanks

This property is as listed. It is busy, but that's what you expect at Mission Beach, but not noisy and very quiet at night.

This was an excellent, well maintained property with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect with a nice patio/grill area facing the beach. We can’t wait to come back!!

Location was awesome as we could walk or bike to Belmont Park and Pacific beach & the bayside. We had a great time and our host was helpful with answering any of our questions. Thank you so much!

This property is in a great location, it’s clean, and well stocked! Outdoor patio area was fantastic to BBQ, lounge, and eat. Be aware the parking spot is down the block. Also neighboring properties are under construction which starts getting noisy at 7:30am. Not an issue if you’re able to keep doors closed, but AC unit requires door to be open wide enough for hose to fit through… The only thing we were missing is a place to hang beach towels & swimsuits to dry.

The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and truly just steps from the beach. Our visit was everything we wanted it to be. Extremely relaxing.

You will never beat this location right on the beach and also easily walkable to other attractions. The inside is very clean and updated. Loved the shower. The host was super kind and went beyond what was expected. As a senior couple we decided not to drive in San Diego and he picked us up at the airport and took us back with no additional charge. We will rent again. Five stars plus, no question about that.

Great location - lots of fun places nearby to walk to for shopping, entertainment at Belmont park, exercise, or a quick bite to eat. I loved that we could open the door, walk out a few steps and be on the sand. Property manager was very helpful with questions when needed and they have a lot of nice added touches that make your stay more comfortable. Full size shampoo and conditioner, red solo cups, ice, extra sunscreen in the bathroom vanity etc. If we come back to this area we will definitely be looking at this spot again.

Our whole experience at mission beach was AWESOME! All communication before with our host was prompt and easy, checkin was easy, all the direction for the functions of the condo were clear. This place has all you need and extra. We had some grocery delivered from Instacart and we took Uber everywhere. My husband loved the steam shower. We used the AC and fan for airflow. The area around it is alive with locals and visitors riding bikes and walking along the boardwalk. You can rent bikes and ride the mission beach roller coaster about 100 yards from your front door. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Oh and beach….. my FAVORITE PART! Gorgeous! It was clean soft sand and not overly crowded when we were there the first week of October. Very relaxing. Loved our stay.

Truly amazing. We don’t usually spurge on our dwellings in San Diego, but this was definitely worth it and plan on staying again. Very upscale and a perfect location. Everything we wanted and needed.

This was a surprise birthday week visit for my wife the owner has great communication he helped me arrange some nice flowers and a card to be in the room when we arrive to surprise my wife it was awesome. Any questions or anything I needed I was just a message away and he was there. The room was perfect had everything we needed had the windows open to get the fresh cool air from the ocean. No complaints definitely will message the owner again for another state possibly next summer. Thanks again

This was a surprise birthday week visit for my wife the owner has great communication he helped me arrange some nice flowers and a card to be in the room when we arrive to surprise my wife it was awesome. Later on we joined my family at a nearby property and didn't want kids to use glass plates, went back to our place and guess what (cabinet full of paper plates and solo cups).
I could go on and on but you get the point. This is an amazing place with a perfect location, BBQ patio facing ocean, boardwalk seating, proximity to Bellmont Park... I feel like my review might not do the place justice (check out the pictures, AMAZING), but it was the HOST that made this trip stree-free!
PS if you can't figure out from the pictures where the TV is...it drops out of the ceiling!
