We had a wonderful time at Sigler House. Walkable to the Gulch and Music Row - which was very helpful when a big snow storm hit. The house had everything we needed for a girls trip, the beds were very comfy and most importantly - the house was warm. Michael was very responsive to my questions - especially when we concerned about getting out of Nashville on time, with the snow and cancelled flights. He was very flexible and understanding with our check- out time. We would definitely come back to stay!

Our stay was wonderful in this house. Pretty close to everything. There are 2 parking spots in back but there was always parking in the front also.
The managing agent was amazing, he was so helpful and responsive! If your thinking of renting this house do it you will love it!

Our group of six women thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edgehill. The location was perfect for exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We loved the space, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space.

Great 3 bedroom townhome in the Gulch. Walking distance to downtown. Extra fold out sofa bed and queen air mattress. Fully functional kitchen. Exactly as advertised. Michael, the host, was a prompt and highly effective communicator. I would stay here again. Thank you, Michael!

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and a short walk to Broad Street. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I do not usually feel safe in big cities, but I felt safe here. That means alot to me. I would love to stay again.

I took my daughter (and six of her college friends) to Nashville for her 21st birthday. It was a BLAST! This VRBO was perfect! Immaculate. Great neighborhood. Less than a mile from Broadway. The host checked in regularly to see if we need anything.
The only thing I want to warn about is the fact that VRBO says it will take up to 30 days to receive my prepaid $1000 security deposit that we had to prepay. To me, that seems like a long time.

We had a lovely stay in The Gulch. This house was very accommodating with the 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and deep sitting couch for our family of 5. Neighborhood was very nice and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Close drive or Uber ride to almost all Nashville attractions.
I have very high expectations for accommodations and this house was good overall. A few issues I noticed are: 1). During the excessive heat and humidity, the upstairs struggled to stay cool during the day. It did cool off nicely overnight. Additional fans would be nice to have for the summer months. 2). Master bathroom shower is nice & spacious but there is no place to set anything other than the shower floor. An over the shower head caddy or standing shelf would be a nice addition. 3). We had some questionable cleaning issues when we arrived. There were towels left on the back of doors in the 2nd floor hall bathroom as well as wet towels hanging on the towel tree in the master bathroom. We assumed that the towels may have been left from previous guests so we washed all towels when we arrived. The towel supply seemed low for our family size until we found more towels in the dryer. The kitchen supplied only 1 dish towel and an old previously used dish sponge. I asked the owner about getting access to a new clean sponge to wash our dishes and he kindly offered to have the cleaning crew come by that same morning to provide us with a new one.
The homeowners are very kind and responsive!

Beautiful property in walking distance of all downtown Nashville fun. Piano was a great addition as several of us play. Also enjoyed the quiet nights even though in city and air conditioning was great and was greatly enjoyed after our hot days out downtown. Great place and property owners were great and helped me through my first VRBO experience. Would love coming here again sometime

The place was great for our Nashville trip. Good location and within walking distance of the Gulch which was great. There were a couple minor issues with our stay, such as the air mattress listed not being there. However, the owners got back to me quickly and helped us look for it! The owners assured us that the other issues would be taken care of. Overall a good place to stay if you are going to Nashville!

Check in was a breeze. Host was very responsive to any questions. House is very nice, we had everything we needed. Location is convenient to downtown. Quick uber ride. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed are stay, Check out was very easy, not much to do. Would rent this space again.

My husband, family and I had a great stay at this location. We would definitely recommend this house and plan to come back again. The house was even better than the pictures. It had a great size table in the dining area to relax and enjoy some time before heading to Broadway. It was a great mix being in the Gulch area to spend some time there, as well as on Broadway. The rooms were all great size and it was nice to have two full bathrooms for everyone to get ready.

Plenty of space to move around in comfortably. Seating for more than 4 people is limited except for the bar chairs that are hard to sit on to relax and watch TV. There’s extra supplies in the pantry that cover most of the basic needs. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The bath is big enough to be an extra bedroom. The only drawback that the owner can’t control is the Uber drivers take you to the back door to get in. For some reason their GPS doesn’t show Sigler street as the drop off. But they will pick you up out front. I would suggest house numbers on the fence outback as I cautiously walked to the back door on first arrival to try the code to verify it was the correct place.

The property was nicely appointed and felt comfortable. It wasn’t far from many attractions we wanted to visit, but wasn’t walking distance. We all agreed it was a place we’d be happy living in!

First trip to Nashville and couldn't have found a better, more convenient location. Easy walking to the Gulch and Downtown. Everything was so accessible to this property. Even a quick 20 minute ride to the airport. The hosts were super quick to respond to questions we had prior to arrival. Thank you Michael and Alissa for being so attentive. The neighborhood was safe and clean. It would be hard to find a location with a better proximity to all of the Nashville restaurants and nightlife.

Location is what made us choose this rental. It's centrally located to all Nashville has to offer. Everything from the check-in to any communication was very smooth. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good central location. Very walkable or scooter/bikeable to spots around town if that's your thing.

Property is spacious and relatively conveniently located near the Gulch neighborhood (about 0.25-0.5 miles) where there are several shops and restaurants. Advertised that can sleep 10 (2 per bedroom and 2 would be on pull out couch and 2 on blow up air mattress), but in the living room there is really only seating for 4 comfortably for socializing on the couch and living room chair. Ideally would be another seating option such as a loveseat or small couch and/or oversized chair. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the ease of booking and accessing the property. Thank you to the hosts.

Everything was as shown in pictures (except for a minor issue with sink faucet broken when we arrived but there was another sink so it wasn't a big deal). The house is beautiful and in a great location. Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
