First and foremost, I will happily stay here again. Michael is extremely responsive and truly cared that our stay was outstanding. He takes pride in his home and checked in more than once to see if we needed anything. The house is quiet and comfortable. Beds are very comfy. Everything was in order and clean. 15-25min walk to most everything in Nashville including Broadway. Check in and out was great. He even text we could check in an hour earlier than the 3pm check in time if we wanted to (we never asked to but we appreciated the ability to). Can’t wait to stay here again (and again).

We highly recommend this VRBO and plan on booking again! Location was fantastic! The house was really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need. We were impressed that the house was fully stocked with extra bedding, plenty of towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoo - this place has it all! The host is amazing! You will get quick responses on any questions you have. He gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at during our stay. Overall this was one of the best VRBO places we’ve stayed at!
