The location was good. I couldn't watch the TV in the back bedroom. The codes were sent to my work email the morning I left. I had sent an email to the property email requesting to use my personal email.

Parking was a bit awkward

the king bed was good but the other beds were not comfortable and the leg on mid room was broken so we proped it up with a board we found in closet.

The location was great! It was pretty central to everything we wanted to do and see. It is also a pretty easy walk to the riverfront.

One of the bedrooms didn’t have AC but we were provided with plenty of fans and used one to bring the cold air from the living room into the room so we made it work.

Everything was amazing! It was very close to the river and restaurants and the area was beautiful! The home was very spacious, clean and had everything you would need (pots, washer, dryer, etc). Beautiful property! The hosts were quick to reply as well and helped provide a stay that we will remember!

I liked the location.

The parking was terrible, and there was no instructions on where to park. Even though there was a parking garage right across the street. I also had to call in to the line for help about parking and they still didn't tell me anything but to park on the street. Which wasn't possible at the time. We had two vehicles with elderly people and the parking garage was perfect location. I just was expecting better instructions. The master bed was comfy, but the other beds not so much. The cleanliness wasn't up to my expectations. The trash cans didn't have any bags and the bottom of them were terrible. I also got out of the shower and within 10 mins of walking around my feet were literally black on the bottom. The floors were obviously dirty and hadn't been mopped in a while. Id also would've liked if there was more towels and wash cloths. There was 8 people and there were not enough towels. I feel like these issues are easy to resolve and I want to be upfront so the owners can deal with them instead of having more unhappy guests like myself and the other guests.

Perfect location for not needing a car to tour the highlights of this beautiful city. The host kept in contact with us and promptly answered any questions that arose. All in all, very comfortable for four friends enjoying their 1st getaway together and we hope to do it again...same place, same time!

The step down from the master suite was both surprising and treacherous for 4 aging women but we soon learned to step wisely and remember that there was a step. One bedroom, with no closet, could use more furnishings to accommodate luggage, etc.

This property was perfect for 4 friends from across the country! We each had our own room. The location was perfect and we were able to walk around the historic district and enjoy Savannah!

This is the perfect place to stay, location, comfort, very spacious and very clean. beds are so comfortable, complete toiletries , fully equipped kitchen. I'll come back and will recommend to my friends too.

parking is a bit hard during the weekend but can always get a visitors day pass which is cheaper. during weekdays parking is not a problem.

This was a prime location. Very close to everything, no need to drive anywhere it’s only blocks from restaurants, stores and the river!

The walls are extremely thin, and our upstairs neighbors were SUPER LOUD. But there wasn’t anything the place could do about it. Thankfully it was only one night of those people being loud! Other than that, I didn’t have any issues with the place, it was awesome!

the large size king bed in master was nice, the location was ideal and it had a beautiful kitchen. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner supply as well and the access to the laundry room even though it wasn't used.

the toilet in the master bedroomhad trouble flushing. I've never stayed at a place that didn't offer at least one parking spot. one of the guest beds in the front room was extremely uncomfortable and it appeared a spring was broken because it leaned, and previous tenants left tape all of the ceiling we were worried about getting charged for it. We took a picture with a time stamp to ensure we weren't blamed. The neighbors above us were extremely loud but we understand it was an older house.

I was told that I would receive my AARP discount by the gentleman who confirmed my reservation and I am upset. I was told this would happen when I checked in ,however, we used a code key and did not see anyone.

Location was excellent and management was super responsive.

Two of the beds were very uncomfortable and the living room could use a refresh. Also one “bedroom” has no closet, no vent for the A/C and the door didn’t close.

No place to hang towels, no towel bars. Maintenance man came and installed one. This is a 4 bedroom that can accommodate 8 people. Not enough lamps no lamps on nightstands in 3 bedrooms and the lamps there had dim bulbs. Very dark. First night was cool. No blankets in entire apartment. We asked for some and we’re given 3 sports themed comforters. Grout in tile floor is absolutely filthy. There are companies that will clean grout and seal it. Rugs were dirty. One had a bleach stain One of the beds wasn’t even centered between 2 pics. It looked ridiculous. The toilet sounded like a gurgling volcanoe at midnight to find brown water in toilet at 6 am. We are 4 professional women who were very careful with the plumbing. Ther were no dishwasher detergent pods. I have stayed in many place through VRBO and EVERYPLACE has 2 pods or some kind of dishwasher soap. We ran it with plain water. Barely any hangers. No mattress pads on a couple of beds All four of us are seasoned travelers and the small inexpensive conveniences were not there. Invest in that grout & tile cleaning! It was one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had.
