Nice property, clean, lovely pool and hot tub. Close to Disney, nice location. Some obvious wear and tear to property, but I would expect that from something so close to the parks. Over all, good stay. Not as many cooking utensils as we could have used, but the basics are available.

We had a great time staying here. The pool was a little smaller than it looked online but was perfect for a few at a time. The home was super close to Disney and was in a great neighborhood. The home was perfect for our family. Local grocery store was not too far away. Ubers to and from where about 10-15 dollars each way. The individual was super easy to contact and was willing to assist us with anything.

We did a week stay at this property with the grandparents and our family of five, including a teenager, a 10-year-old, and a seven-year-old. The property is perfect for a family getaway. The pool and hot tub are dreamy. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient. The kitchen has everything you would need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Property owners were very responsive and communicated a lot. Beach chairs, pool, toys, and beach towels were a bonus and came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again.

This house had all the necessities. We were comfortable, it was spacious and neat. It was very clean. The house was conveniently close to Disneyland. We used Uber and Lyft to get to our destinations. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Very happy with our stay

Great property with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing after a ling day at Disney. Could see the fireworks right from the backyard. The firepit was lovely to sit and have a quiet glass of wine ( finding the hole at the bottom to turn it on was a littlr challenging).
The manager was responsive and helpful. We loved our stay. It was perfect.

Great home for the kids with the pool. Could use a better clean but otherwise fabulous. Can’t walk to Disney but quick Uber rides there and back.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 10 and we all had a great time. We were worried that the curfew may become an issue but we found that coming back from a long day at Disney or the beach made us want to be inside resting anyways. It was dark at 8:30 in July, so we were still able to have our s’mores and fire outside while we caught the Disney fireworks every night.
The private pool was lovely and nice to walk out into in the morning to relax or after a long day in the hot sun.
Our air conditioning unit had issues our first night but the property owner was quick to respond and fix it in a hands off way so we didn’t have to interrupt any plans by waiting on a repair person.

House is quite worn. Outdoor pool area is no where near what is advertised in online pics. Pool itself and hot tub were good. BBQ needs replacing only left burner working making it extremely hard to cook on right side controls seized up. Master and second bedrooms beds are very uncomfortable. Second bathroom shower leaks all over the floor. Patio furniture in bad shape. Cushions worn and torn, stained and webbing missing on some chairs.

We loved this property and location. We would choose this again for family’s visit to Disney. The kids loved the pool and bunks. House worked great and no issue (other than the hot tub could’ve been hotter 😎).

House was ok for what we needed - the bedrooms had no closets, the bunk room had one but it was full of stuff & because of the beds only could open one side. Garage clean and kids liked the air hockey table.
The outside (which is what attracted us) was very dirty. Cobwebs on everything, fans pictured in add did not work, outdoor furniture falling apart in need of replacement (looks very old) and dead roaches in cushions. Pool obviously main attraction and nice, we did not use hot tub.
Overall, as we basically used the house for sleeping and one day of full use, it served our needs and was nice. If the yard was cleaned, items repaired and lack of closets noted in add it would be nice for future renters.

I would recommend this property for anyone going to Disneyland. It is close and still in a very quiet.

Close enough to all the parks but also fare enough way that it we were able to relax. Also, the fact that you can see the fireworks from the living room was one of my youngest son’s favorite parts, that ans the pool of course!

Home is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Disneyland. It's a short walking distance to Downtown Disney. It's a little longer walk to the Disneyland entrance. House is very spacious! There is more than enough room to fit eight or more comfortably. Unfortunately, we did not get in the pool because it was too cold during our stay. However, the pool was clean and looks really well maintained. The backyard area was huge! Be aware of the Anaheim "Quiet Hours" policy, so you are not caught unaware. Funtierland will make sure you are aware, but it's good to know this prior to booking the home. Some amenities are a little dated, but everything worked perfectly. Overall, we were extremely happy with the home. It fit our needs perfectly!

Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of food storage containers (which I mentioned to manager so may already be rectified)
Cons:
Walk home from Disney was a bit tiring after a long Disney day but can be done.
The strollers provided were not the greatest. I would recommend bringing your own stroller. (I did mention this to the manager so may have been fixed)
BBQ is a bit temperamental
Spa heater takes a bit of patience
No pool toys provided (I also recommend this to the manager)

This has been by far the smoothest booking I’ve ever experienced. The property manager is responsive when messaging. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed for the family to enjoy our stay. I’m really looking forward to booking with Funtierland again.

The property was good for what we needed and close to Disney. We didn’t spend much time at the house and didn’t use much of the space. We had to reach out to the property manager a few times and they were very responsive to our needs and concerns.

The house is perfect for a family, even up to 7 like my family. The backyard is small, but nice. It has covered seating, a BBQ area, and pool/spa.
The bathrooms were small but functional. The kitchen, dining area, and family room were great. The garage has lots of extras like strollers, and even an air hockey table.
We didn't get a chance to use the pool much as we were so busy and we're out most of the time. So, per other reviews, if the seating was dirty, I didn't notice. The pool was heated which was nice. Pool towels were provided.
The master bedroom bath's light is an reviewed. It does shut off after about a minute, which is annoying if you're showering. Not sure why this is there. You have adults in the master who will most likely turn off the light when done. But not a big deal.
It's a 20 minute walk to downtown Disney/park entrances. I did use the 15% coupon for Promenade Pizza. thanks!

This stay worked out great for us. The walk to Disneyland entrance was a little over a mile. The home served our family needs and the pool was a highlight for the kids!

Property was very clean, dishwasher needed repair. Vinegar or clean shine was not provided to add to dishwashing resulting in glasses needing to be washed in sink. Beds were very comfortable and the back yard was a big hit!!

The house met all our needs. Good kitchen for home cooked meals together as a family. Pool was awesome. Hotub was perfect. Location great. Only $8 1 way for ride to Disney. Property manager responsive and on top of requests.

This house had everything we could have thought of and more! All of our needs were met. We literally only needed to buy groceries. We came just after Christmas and even with all the rain we were able to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Beds were comfortable and they even had everything we needed for the baby including highchair, stroller and safety vest for swimming. The kids loved the bunk room and we enjoyed the many places to relax and enjoy the mild rain under the cover. The drive to the parks was less than 5 minutes and you can see the nightly fireworks from the back yard deck! Will definitely try to stay here again!

For our group of 9, it was less expensive to stay at this house with a wonderful outdoor patio, pool, spa, fire pit and barbecue than at a boring hotel! We loved taking a break from Disney mid-day to swim and eat (and play air hockey in the game room) before hitting the park again. The property managers were super friendly and responsive (in a timely manner) to all our questions. Would stay here again!

This is a great property for families who are visiting Disneyland! The location is within walking distance. The house is on a quiet street and the backyard it amazing! The only downside is the prohibitive rules from the City of Anaheim that don’t allow you to use the backyard before 9am. This does not reflect on the property but it will make us think twice about visiting Anaheim again as we missed out on some beautiful mornings that we could have had a swim.

This property is not how it is shown in the pictures. This property is run down and could use a major overhaul. Upon arrival the pool deck was absolutely filthy and something that should be cleaned after ever stay! The outdoor furniture was filthy and in need of replacing. The pool deck area could use lots of maintenance to fix cracks and make appearance better overall. The pool and hot tub quit working properly making the last few days of our stay crappy and getting met with some one came and being accused of messing with the pool equipment when not a single person came to check on anything and nor did we touch anything.. Later said someone was coming still nobody showed up. Also a dead bird in a bucket just behind the wall that houses the pool heater making me wonder if they just scooped it out and left it there. The beds were creaky and very hard. Living room carpet was filthy with dirt and in need of deep cleaning or replacing. The main bathroom vanity one corner is rotting out possibly shower leak they just covered with paint. We will not be staying in a Funtierland house again.

This was a great home for our entire family, ranging from mid 60s to 10 years old. Everyone had a great time & was able to relax around the spa & pool.

Great stay
Great accommodation, the air conditioning was a problem a few days. The bedrooms don't have the best air flow. The back yard furniture could have been washed down and cleaner. The fans in the house were extremely dusty.

Not like Paradise atAl
This place was not paradise at all! There was only 5 of us staying here and we chose this place because of the beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi. Upon arrival we had

This home was perfect for me and my 7 friends. We are all adults but even with bunk beds, we were comfortable. The house was spotless upon arrival. We had all basic necessities in the kitchen for cooking. The pool and back patio area was so nice. And there’s plenty of seating! My only two complaints are that one… had issues with booking. There were two separate times that I was told I was fully booked because someone failed to take a payment out of my account. And two… the quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am. I understand this is a residential area but there were neighbors out later than 10 and earlier than 9. I understand rules are put in place because of past guests that have caused issues. But I think even just giving an hour one or both ways like 11 pm or 8 am would be a bit better. Other than that, this home fit our needs perfectly. We had a short 5 minute drive to the Mickey and Friends parking garage to go to Disney all day. Couldn’t quite figure out the transportation to there without driving ourselves. We downloaded the suggested apps but it seemed way easier to drive to the parking garage and pay the $30 to park.

Best location ever.
Loved the backyard, nice, secluded , safe and private. Enjoyed making all of our meals on the patio. Loved the waterfall and lights in the pool.
Kitchen is huge and several of us could be together in it at the same time.
Some things we would suggest: more plush rugs on the hard tile floor, frying pans for eggs, no scissors for cooking we bought both if these items. New dishwasher is needed. Bathroom lights turn off within 1 minute when in shower (frustration) as we had to open the shower door constantly.
Twin beds were small for our older boys 5’ 10” and taller.
No outdoor umbrellas like what is in the picture.
We would still stay here again as it was a warm and inviting home!

Close to Disney
Nice home close to Disney- it’s about 1-2 miles away, I wouldn’t say it would be an easy walk. The pool area was very nice- it was a salt water pool. We did had difficulty everyday with the spa heater, my husband had to work on it everyday to get it going- once it worked though it was nice. We really enjoyed the fireworks every night- they are strict about the 10pm quiet time- we were sitting by the fire pit relaxing, not noisy at all after a long day at Disney and I got a text at 10:02 telling us to go inside immediately- which makes you feel like you’re being watched. The bunk room is the only room with a closet to hang clothes or put suitcases away the other two rooms had large dressers. Overall it was a nice place to stay in a good location- the pool area is very nice.
