Immerso in Historic Montford, questo delizioso condominio a 154 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Il nostro studio è di recente costruzione compatta! Silenzioso e tranquillo ma a soli 12 minuti a piedi dal centro, ancora meno di UNC Asheville, l'Orto Botanico, il portellone del mercato del Nord Asheville, e Whole Foods. C'è un letto di schiuma di memoria della regina molto confortevole con una tenda di segretezza per isolare la camera da letto dalla zona cucina e soggiorno. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con nuova stufa, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, ecc C'è un bagno di buone dimensioni con una cabina doccia. E 'arredata con un mix di antiquariato e mobili metà del secolo che sono stati amorevolmente raccolti nel corso degli anni. Comfort e serenità erano i nostri obiettivi nella creazione di questo studio. Come Asheville sé, lo studio è nascosto, eclettico, efficiente e confortevole. Che altro si potrebbe desiderare?

We appreciated how clean the place was, and how gracious Robert and Trudi were, checking in to make sure all was OK and making sure we had what we needed! As folks with fragrance sensitivities we were delighted to find fragrance-free hand and dish soap, and no air fresheners or harsh cleaning smells. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked well, and the kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans and utensils to cook for the week. If you stay there and need a night stand for the right side of the bed, one of the provided luggage racks topped with the wooden tray from the living room works nicely.

This studio apartment is lovely and stocked with the necessities for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown, but also in a quiet residential neighborhood. The greenway one block away allowed for peaceful and beautiful morning walks. Robert and Trudi were extremely responsive and offered some good recommendations for restaurants. Nine Mile (a short walk from the apartment) is fantastic! I highly recommend this comfortable and impeccably clean studio apartment for your visit to Asheville.

The property is perfect for a couple who wants to visit Asheville. It is a five minute drive from downtown. The property is a small apartment above a garage with the basics of anything you might need. A bed, a couch/TV, and a small kitchen. It’s a very nice apartment in a safe/historic neighborhood. The owner of the property is the personification of class and hospitality. I would go here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful studio apartment in the lovely historic Montford neighborhood about 10-12 minute walk to downtown Asheville. The greenway, botanical gardens and UNC are steps away. It is immaculate and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Beautiful property—inside and outside. Everything you needed for your stay was in the well-equipment apartment. Host was very engaging, accommodating, caring and responsive. Location is central to Asheville attractions. We will definitely visit again.

Robert and Trudi have a perfect studio for those visiting Asheville! Everything is right around the corner. We visited the Biltmore and ate at some excellent places less than a mile from the studio! The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with whatever you might need!!

My husband and I had a great time at this lovely studio in Montford! Easy walk to several restaurants in Montford and not far to downtown Asheville. Highly recommend Tall Johns and All Day Darling to eat! Robert was super nice and accommodations were just like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood but still walkable to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to downtown and short drive to Biltmore made this a great location for a short trip to Asheville! The studio apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for a short stay. It was also super clean and very comfortable.

Nicely decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. The charming neighborhood is filled with Victorian homes and bed and breakfast inns. Probably best for those with a car, but we took Ubers and also had our daughter who lives in Asheville drive us to the downtown.

Cozy, quiet, and clean studio apartment. Beautifully furnished, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, within minutes of great restaurants and breweries. Robert greeted us warmly when we arrived and gave us complete privacy during our two-night stay. We are already talking about when we can come back for another visit, that's how much we enjoyed it!

And it’s located in a charming, walkable neighborhood from which you can walk to downtown or the nearby UNCA campus & arboretum. As close to perfect as I could imagine for such a vacation rental.

The place was spacious and super clean and comfortable with ample parking in the driveway and street. The large shower was great. The neighborhood was really nice with cute houses and not too far from downtown, which can be walked in about 15-20 minutes. Totally doable on a nice day. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at this studio. It is immaculately clean and centrally located. Access to walking trail one block behind property, great for running. Amazing attention to detail with several recommendations and all the amenities needed. Will definitely stay here again!
