Everything was great! Hospitality and atmosphere! We even got an upgrade in the middle of the vacation which was a great suprise. Location is perfect also and there is a lot of beaches nearby.

Some food at the breakfast was a bit cold but that was literally only thing to complane.

Spacious rooms, clean, good continental breakfast, friendly staff, excellent restaurant on the premises. Bonus: Live music on some days. Beach really near.

Amazing place. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The facilities are brilliant. The location is great - 4 beaches within 5-10mins walking, lovely local restaurants and shops nearby, 2min walk to bus stop into Chania town, ~20mins drive from Chania airport. The food was really amazing and the hotel is just a slice of tranquility. They had greek nights/musicians in regularly too. The whole holiday was fantastic!

Shower design a bit funny, they haven't thought this through as it was splashing everywhere due to lack of doors. More breakfast options would have been nice as we got a bit tired on day 4 so especially for someone who's staying there longer.

super friendly and respectful team. they accommodated every request. the pool is amazing. the silence. the food. wifi is good. we received the room 4 hours early and got complimentary late check out.

An amazing hotel very close to some amazing beaches and good restaurants (plus the hotel itself has a fantastic restaurant!) Room was perfect - very spacious with plenty of storage and a balcony. The staff were amazing - so friendly and efficient! We also booked massages with their in-house therapist who is brilliant! Lots of choice for breakfast and liked that there were allergy labels on everything and easily catered to my husband who has a dairy and egg allergy. The pools are lovely and the whole pool area was very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was excellent, the two pools with a bar in-between were fun, and the rooms comfortable and clean. But most of all, the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Breakfast was good, however the time it was served was inconvenient, as we had only three hours from 7 to 10 am. In addition, we were expecting to taste cretan traditional cousine. The hotel owner was a cool guy.

A lot. First of all we’ ve been asked what time we’ll arrive in order for them to have our room ready, thus we planned the whole trip around that time. However when we arrived (around 10 am) they advised that the check in is at 12pm. The staff supported that is BOOKING who asked that so we need to fall a complain with them. As a result we had to wait for almost 2 hours, exhausted and sleepy. In addition, they suggested us to have a shower on the terrace while waiting for the check in. This left us speechless as we were tired after ONE day trip to Crete. Furthermore, the staff asked us to sign the pool bar bill during out breakfast which is super inappropriate. We felt like they were spying on us while it’s known that we can pay during the check out. Moreover, burger is considered as a snack so we were unable to order one after 6pm (ridiculous). Last but not least, having checked out, the receptionist provided us with a "gift". Actually it was just a hotel logo fridge magnet. That was clearly for advertising purposes. In general, we wouldn’t recommend Airis boutique hotel, mostly because of how staff treated us. Great customer service equals empathy even though it’s impossible to solve a customer’s problem. If they were able to handle the issues in a friendly manner without trying to gaslight us and make our complains seem unreasonable we’d definitely recommend them.

It was a nice breakfast buffet with many choices. The service was excellent and friendly. It was a nice setting with lots of tables outside.

One day the coffee machine was not working. It did get repaired in short order. The staff was apologetic and worked hard to fix the problem. I didn’t care for the egg choices.

we had a really nice stay with my sister in this hotel. Even if we asked to change room which was downstairs with only one window and really dark, the new room was nicer, more light and a little balcony. and the staff was really helpful to make this change for us. great parking for our rental car. not far from Chania (15 mins drive). a nice beach nearby (5 mins walk) and 2 really nice pool with comfy sunbed. our stay was great. also a few restaurants around the hotel with lovely greek food.

the breakfast time - it would be best if it was finishing at 10.30 or 11 am. and the pool bar does not have much snacks or nibbles and finished too early as well. and as per my other comment, the first room (104) we had was really dark but the staff was really helpful and agree to change us rooms

Really loved our stay at Airis. All of the reviews are correct it’s clean, quiet, friendly and really well connected to multiple beaches and a short €2 bus ride away from central Chania where we went for dinner every night. Breakfast was generous and varied and the staff were delightful.

Would have loved a few more complimentary coffee pods in the rooms and for the hedges not to have been trimmed at 8:30am one morning haha! But apart from that it was flawless. Thank you.
