Leptos Panorama Hotel

The staff were fantastic. Warm and welcoming. Special mention to Georgia, Guest Relations Manager, who made our special anniversary feel very special. The food was buffet style but good quality and the themes made it slightly different every day.

Maybe it’s because we were there at the end of the season but some areas were tired and in need of maintenance. The pool desperately needs some attention and most of the equipment in the gym didn’t work or was poor quality.

The view is exceptional. The pools, bars and food were very good. Very friendly staff especially Georgia the host at reception, and loads of complimentary drinks.

Could do with more choice of evening meals.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the fact that the cuisine changed every day, with different country-themed evenings. It was a great way to try something different each day. The views from the balcony, swimming pool and almost every part of the hotel were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The beach is conveniently located nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding, which made our stay very pleasant.

There were some minor issues with the cleaning of the floor in our room and on the balcony. Also, it was a little disappointing that Mojito was not included in the all-inclusive drinks, as it is my favourite cocktail. 😄 But these are just small things and did not spoil our overall experience

Noisy as there is a road between room and beach, ac is broken in the first night. The room is quite old and shower head is full of lime scale. The renovation of room is quite old. Food looks fresh but in general very boring, limited choices for breakfast. I’m also surprised mojito is not included in the all inclusive package. The beach is very small and full of stone.
