Great location on the beach, and a bit out of town so suited us as quieter. Staff were lovely - and very helpful

Pools are quite small so can get busy and getting a lounger a challenge!

It's a beautiful place with an attentive staff. Looking on a map, we thought we would be a little isolated, but there is quite a bit to do in walking distance of the hotel, and Chania is a very easy bus ride away. The restaurant was just about the best place we ate in two week of travel across Greece; surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet was great. I don't remember ever giving a 10 before, and I have reviewed a lot of hotels here, but they earned it.

I have nothing for you here--it was all good. Our A/C unit went out, and the staff immediately came to check on it, and within a day had someone out ... to replace the entire unit! This is serious hospitality.

The place is super clean and beautiful, the pools and beach area are wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would have loved to stay longer!

The staff at Reception were very helpful with tips for nice restaurants. There was a very good choice of foods at breakfast. On morning 2 there was a lot of rain. There was not enough space for people arriving for breakfast. People were sent away and asked to come back later.

Our Suite had the adjoining wall with the bar, so lots of music all day long. Not peaceful as a result On our first morning they were doing drilling repairs in the bedroom overhead. I had to go to Reception to ask them if the noise could be stopped for a while until we went out . The cleaning maid took my shoes ( in error) . I had them drying at the bin ( not in the bin) . When I went to Reception to ask about them I was met with disbelief and asked to go back and look again. I actually felt like they thought that I was making it up. It turned out that she had taken them and she brought them back. I was really upset after this and it sort of ruined a good part of my morning.
