Great place couldn’t really stay and enjoy the full amenities. Best place big and spacious. Breakfast one of the best.

Close to Universal Studios, comfortable rooms, lovely deck, and big onsen. Airport shuttle was excellent.

Few staff could speak English so it was a little harder than usual to get questions answered. Thanks Google Translate! 🤪

朝しか了解できておりませんが、大浴場のお湯が掛け流しでなかったので、衛生面が気になってしまいました。

ホテル内設備が整っていて、雰囲気や家具などもオシャレだった。客室内のタッチパネルから証明設定ができたり、スパの スパ内も清潔でとても快適だった。脱衣所、パウダールームも十分な広さで、シャワーもたくさんあり、混雑している時間帯に利用したが困らなかった。

桜島駅からは直結しているものの、ユニバーサルシティからは徒歩では遠いこと。 テラス？が雨の後だったからかソファなどは利用できないようになっていた。

The breakfast are so bad. I paid for 3 days of breakfast and used just the first time. Itens are not good at all. So many options and no one we liked and nothing was good for us

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, the breakfast was REALLY good a lot of variety. The staff were friendly. The grounds of the hotel were very very beautiful even the elevator view. Very close to the train. well right across the street. Universal was walking distance but taking the train one stop was better.We could see Universal park from out our window and the elevator window. Quiet

Nothing (food) delivers to the hotel. No-one really spoke English so It was hard to communicate. The restaurant take out pizza was horrible! Do not waste your money. They don't bring your bags to your room and it was very hard to roll suitcases on carpet.

The quality of the breakfast is fabulous. The distance between hotel and USJ is fairly close enough. The staff are proactive and very helpful.
