The location for us was fab. After a raining day in the park we were able to go back to the room and settle. When we arrived in the morning we left our bags and the staff pre-checked us in. When we arrived back at the hotel after the day in the park our bags were already in the room waiting for us. Was a nice touch to a long and exhausting day! The location of the hotel for things to do after park closure was a bonus for us, they have a wide variety of restaurants and shops on city walk to choose from!
Nothing, I’m my opinion it was everything we expected.

Can’t beat the convenience for USJ visit. Staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. There are restaurants and Lawson in the hotel building, and so many other restaurants, coffee, dessert shops and a drugstore just out the door in the USJ Citywalk. Ultimate convenience!
I found pieces of paper under one of the beds in the room
So cleanliness was not perfect. Didn’t like the bathroom design, particularly the shower+bathrub room with no shower curtain. I was also not a fan of single-ply toilet paper. But the toilet had bidet.
