Close to Universal Studios and a 7-Eleven. Beds were super comfy.

Breakfast was too expensive and sort of awful

i like that it was close to Universal Studios and close to the train Station. the only thing I didn’t like was the bed, the bed are hard like stones my back hurt every morning.

Easy access to train and Universal Studio. next to convenient stores. Very close to the pier to cross to Legoland and Museum. Very recommended!

Reasonably price, clean, near from the USJ, staffs were polite and kind.

I was got up by train noise or airplane noise. That's all. Except that, it was perfect.

Location was good and within easy walking distance to Universal Studios

The beds are too hard and the pillows are dreadful. Like sleeping on a cement bag

I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. ITS REALLY CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO UHJ.THE ROOM IS REALLY NEAT AND CLEAN, ITS REALLY RELAXING.

HAVING STRUGGLE WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH THE STAFF SINCE WE ARE FOREIGN.

I booked the room and the website automatically changed it from one room to two rooms.

we stayed 2 days but they only provide 1 day of free mineral water... i asked for another one the next day and they didn't give us... the price is a little bit pricey... we search for another hotel nearby and we found more cheaper with a free breakfast and a public bath with saunas...

the hotel is across the street from the train station...you have to walk a little bit ...the hotel is located between 2 convenience stores so it's great!!! If you want to do to universal studio, you will be just 1 train station away..so pretty close!...the staff is nice...the room is nice...quiet...clean...toilet is separate...the breakfast is great too...nice buffet..they got 2 smoking areas...one outside...one inside...vending machine...ice cream vending machine!! according the prize of other hotel at Universal studio, this one is very good !! not too expensive....and very comfortable...I really recommend it

It’s near USJ.

My sister’s airpods was accidentally left in our room. We called the hotel staff to ask if there were airpods found and was told that nothing left in our room. We tried to locate the airpods through “Find My” app. It says it was still in the hotel. We went back to the hotel and looked around the parking lot hoping we can find it but there’s nothing. We ask again the staff if ever someone found it. We were asked why we came back after receiving a call that the airpods were not found in the property but after asking them to look again the room, they finally told us that the airpods was found and gave it to us. We don’t get the point of lying when obviously its ours. We are aware that we’re reckless with the situation but why lie? it’s really unfriendly environment especially for foreigners. Good thing we can speak Japanese.
