We had 5 adults, two couples and one single. This property was perfect for us. Two bedrooms had king beds and the third had two twins. The place is very nice and the kitchen is well-equipped. Grocery stores are not very far away. You can walk to town from this condo, but we actually ended up driving. The place is very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

From our first communications with Sandra everything about this stay has exceeded our expectations. The house is perfectly located, near enough to the central plaza to walk and distant enough to feel that we were in a neighborhood with a character of its own. The house itself is well equipped, from kitchen to bedrooms (the towel warmers were a special touch). The beds were comfortable, the main room perfect for socializing. We were six friends and enjoyed the chance to share food and good conversation. The information on local sites and food was spot on, down to details about different paths to the Plaza. We contacted Sandra during our stay and she responded in minutes. Just a great spot, well cared for, and ready to enjoy.

The house was great, plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Our kids especially loved the window that overlooks the living room. Close to everything we wanted to do and see. Only complaint was some of the baking pans were pretty dirty but we just found something else to use. Also a word of caution if you have to park on the street, we accidentally left our car unlocked the first night and it was "broken" into. Completely out fault and something that could happen anyway, just make sure you lock your car doors. Otherwise we would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again if in the area.

We had a great stay in Santa Fe. We were able to walk to the plaza and all of the restaurants we booked. The home was well stocked and beds very comfortable. Check-in and out was very easy.

This property was the perfect place to have our annual High School Girls’ trip. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Prior to arrival, our hosts provided us with helpful information as well as easy check in instructions and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The place was fully stocked, clean and beautifully furnished/decorated. Would definitely recommend this property.

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe at this condo. Everything we needed was here, very comfortable. The Plaza was a quick 15 minute walk. Parking was limited, but we figured it out.

This home has lots of natural light and a welcoming, open floor plan. It is appointed with everything a guest could want in kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Beds are extremely comfortable. The most direct walk to the Square is a bit hilly but owner gave us easier options if we chose (we did both). There is a nice small porch outside although a bit noisy from the road (not noticeable inside). We had two minor requests and our host responded immediately and had a remedy within a few hours. Host e--mailed us a great directory for the area before our trip (also printed in a binder at the house) with recommendations for restaurants, hikes and places to explore in and around Santa Fe. Easy drive to the opera and simple shopping. Fantastic stay in Santa Fe! Thank you!

Perfect for a girls getaway. Had everything we needed. Tastefully decorated, kitchen fully stocked, extremely responsive homeowners, quaint, little outdoor seating area, good parking, and a seven minute walk to town square.

This home was perfect for our girls trip-myself, my mom, and 2 daughters. This home is very comfortable and we enjoyed lounging around in the evenings after our busy days. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the bottle of bubbly, as well as, the washing machine and dishwasher pods provided for us upon arrival was the perfect touch! The bathrooms were great-especially enjoyed the heated towel racks. Communication with the hosts was fast and they were really great at accommodating a couple of our requests. Location couldn’t have been better!! Highly recommend this home and the hosts!!

The property was well designed, decorated and equipped. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week with our family... plenty of towels, dishes and cookware, and games. The location was convenient to the Plaza area, and while there was some road noise during the day , it's to be expected as the property is on a corner. It did not impact our stay in any way. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and suggestions, and left a helpful area and restaurant guide which we used often! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great house. Walking distance to the plaza. The kitchen is really well stocked. Clean, comfortable. Very helpful hosts provided a ton of recommendations. This was a perfect fit for our family of four and roomy enough that we were able to host more family for dinner one night. Would definitely stay here again in our next visit to Santa Fe.

We were having our first girls trip. Matriarch, her two daughters and two granddaughters. 2022 was a tough year for our family. This was to help us get back on track.
The property was exactly as described. Amenities were as described. Perfect location if you like to walk to downtown. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had, very helpful and so kind. We were also gifted a fabulous bottle of bubbly. What a treat!
I travel often. This was by far one of my most favorable experiences. We hope to return and stay again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The house was beautiful, perfectly clean, very comfortable, and had a strong attention to detail (all towels nicely folded in bathroom, fully stocked kitchen necessities, blankets available for lounging, etc.). Sandra was very communicative throughout the stay and took care of all clean-up and checkout "to-do's". The house really had an authentic adobe / southwest style with tons of artwork throughout the house creating a real sense of luxury. Could not recommend this property more!

This place was perfect for our 3 generations. Some skied, some didn’t but all took advantage of Santa Fe from the comfort, beauty, and thoughtful layout of this conveniently placed property. Super clean. Well maintained. Professionally managed. We’ll be back.

The Opera House proved to be a great stay for four adult family members. Wonderfully decorated, the property's location makes for easy access to the Plaza as well short hikes. We will definitely keep this one on our "Santa Fe List."

I was highly impressed with the place itself. The location was super convenient and the host was really responsive. I feel like this was one of those trips where I did not have any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Santa Fe with family and/or friends. The fireplace in the living room really added to the cozy vibe and made me wanna never leave!

This cabin is located very close to the heart of Santa fe! Our fav part was that all rooms had attached bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you may need. Rustic feel inside. The only downside was water doesn’t drain fast in the lower bathroom, intermittent hot water in the kids bathroom. Would I stay again? Yes!

The house was perfect for my friends and I to stay for several nights. It was very convenient to the plaza and other places to visit. The layout was excellent and it was very clean and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend it.

We had an incredible time in Santa Fe with such a beautiful, comforting ,and convenient home. The walk into town was easy, and we loved hanging out in the living room after a day of sightseeing. With three bedrooms and full bathrooms it was the perfect size for our group of four. Highly recommend!

This condo has everything you need and is modern, beautiful and comfortable. It is a 12 minute walk to the square. Hosts are great and communicative. There is a park one block away that has a playground for kids. I recommend this space heartily.
Note: the condo is on a busy street heading uphill: Artist Road. If you plan on going to Santa Fe just to hang out at the condo, you won't really be able to relax or have quiet time sitting outside on the small patio, unless the sound of passing cars doesn't bother you.

Opera House is stunningly designed and decorated. Clean and well appointed with a fantastic, walking distance location to downtown Santa Fe. It was perfect for our family's long weekend retreat. The hosts were extraordinary in their communication, hospitality and accommodation.. A+++ recommended. Thank you.

Had a wonderful vacation in Santa Fe. The house is very comfortable. Feels like home. Has everything you need. Great location. 5 minutes from downtown. We ould love to come again.

House was great! Clean and not far from the plaza however it is uphill so can be a challenging walk especially for people not use to any altitude. Loved our stay and all the suggestions from our host Thank you!
