Lindos Grand Resort & Spa - Adults Only

The hospitality was easily the highlight of our stay. From the warm welcome and complimentary drinks to the consistently attentive service, the staff made us feel genuinely well looked after. Everyone we encountered was friendly, approachable and willing to help. The food was another pleasant surprise, especially given some of the reviews I’d read beforehand. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the dinner buffet was equally enjoyable and good value. We also enjoyed spending time at the bar. The resort itself is beautiful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, lovely surroundings and the convenience of having everything within easy reach. I was also pleasantly surprised by the property’s condition. While some areas could use a little attention, the overall maintenance was better than I’d expected from previous reviews. We stayed in the Grand section, which I understand is relatively newer, so experiences may differ. One recommendation for future guests: contact the hotel ahead of your stay to communicate your preferences. I did this, and I believe it made a real difference to our experience.

A few improvements would make the experience even better. Although the food was generally very good, two dishes I tried at the buffet were cold, including a creamy pasta dish that really should have been served hot. Better temperature control would make a difference. The gym could also benefit from additional strength-training equipment, particularly a proper weight-training bench. Finally, there isn’t a great deal to do in the immediate vicinity of the resort. This wasn’t a problem for us, as relaxation was the priority, but guests looking for lots of activities outside the hotel should bear this in mind.

Rolls were nice but the view promised, was not as the pictures. We had a a view of a huge dead, Brown lawn and a bit of beach when sea view was promised.
