Il nostro condominio con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è bellissimo !! Siamo proprietari originali di questa proprietà e siamo felici di condividerla con te !!
Se hai una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo e hai bisogno di più spazio, abbiamo un altro condominio accanto! (vrbo # 428684) Possiamo affittare uno o entrambi i condomini. Dormono 6 persone ciascuno.
Siamo situati sulla spiaggia di sette miglia vicino a numerosi negozi, ristoranti e attività. La nostra unità è al secondo livello, di fronte all'oceano !! Il nostro enorme portico è il luogo perfetto per prendere il caffè del mattino all'alba o guardare le barche a vela al tramonto!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, tv via cavo e dvd / videoregistratore, bellissimi interni e bagno, e una grande porta scorrevole in vetro sul portico e vista sull'oceano e sulla spiaggia. La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli XL e sono vicine al secondo bagno. Tutti i materassi sono al top della gamma e sono realizzati con lenzuola, cuscini e biancheria da letto di alta qualità. Il soggiorno ha anche una grande porta scorrevole in vetro sul portico. Abbiamo un ampio sezionale in pelle e tv a schermo piatto Samsung da 43 "con cavo e dvd. La cucina è piena di pentole / padelle, utensili e stoviglie. Sarai in grado di cucinare e preparare il cibo come se fossi nella tua cucina. Abbiamo anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size da utilizzare.
Lo snorkeling è fantastico proprio di fronte al condominio, il che rende molto facile uscire nell'oceano ed esplorare la barriera corallina. C'è un parcheggio vicino per la vostra auto a noleggio o una fermata dell'autobus sulla strada principale del nostro complesso se volete fare un giro. Ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi di immersione, negozi di magliette, una galleria d'arte, un negozio di alimentari, una clinica medica e una farmacia, un centro benessere e molto altro con 5-15 minuti a piedi.
Il nostro complesso condominiale, i condomini della baia al tramonto, è molto riservato e tranquillo. L'area della spiaggia e della piscina sono monitorate solo per uso privato degli ospiti e degli affittuari. Non avrai problemi a ottenere r & r qui! La spiaggia di sabbia è grande con molte sedie a sdraio e pochissime persone. Esplora la baia e troverai pesci da gustare! Oppure galleggia su una zattera e fai un pisolino (questo è quello che mi piace fare!) la baia è un luogo perfetto per i bambini a fare snorkeling e ha un posto sicuro, facile, poco profondo per imparare e abituarsi all'oceano.
C'è una bella, grande piscina con vasca idromassaggio e anche una piscina per bambini. Se hai fame, nuota fino al bar / ristorante e fai uno spuntino. Oppure, avvia una delle griglie e cucina fuori!

Sunset Cove exceeded our expectations. The condo was well equipped with comfy beds and bathrooms. My family of five had plenty of room and enjoyed walking back and forth between the cove and pool. Added bonus was the walking distance to many good restaurants or a quick drive to anything else we wanted to do. We had an AC issue upon arrival and Heidi had the tech there within the hour-on a Sunday! Super impressive! The main star was the huge balcony overlooking the Caribbean waters, we enjoyed morning coffee and cocktail hour watching the sunsets and boats. I can't stress enough how great this condo is for families so easy to navigate. We are all going through Cayman withdrawals.

Beautiful location and property. We enjoyed our stay and the secluded feel. The lagoon area was perfect for relaxing and the pool bar is a plus! Never had any issues with access to beach or pool chairs and umbrellas.
Great and easy communication with owner. Very helpful with all of my questions.

We stayed at the same resort last year and wanted to stay at the same one again since the kids liked the pool and we enjoyed the protected cove. The hosts were great with the condo supplied with some extra items that made the stay more enjoyable.

Everything about our stay in condo 202 was amazing. You won’t be disappointed booking this place on 7 Mile Beach. The ease of getting around the island made for a total relaxing, stress-free vacation. The on-site tiki bar had great food and beverages and was super convenient. We would stay here again and have already recommended Sunset Cove to friends that are planning a trip to Grand Cayman.

Sunset Cove is located at a central spot on the island - at the beginning of 7 mile Beach. Walkable to Georgetown and Camana Bay. Driving to either end of the island is quick and easy. The property has a wonderful pool - large family pool, kiddie pool, and swim up lounge with great food and drinks. The beach is wonderful with a protected swimming area. We stayed in #202 - a second story unit on the water. The unit was very spacious, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated.

Absolutely loved this property! Stunning view of the beach, loved sitting out on the porch enjoying the view. Beach was wonderful with plenty of seating & umbrellas. Also enjoyed the pool and swim up pool bar. The beds were so comfortable and the unit was adequately stocked with all kitchen needs. We had a wonderful vacation! Would definitely come back!!

We loved our stay. The location was great and the condo was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. The unit had all we needed. We loved being on the second floor with the amazing views. We rented a car and explored every inch of the island. There was lots to do with our 3 teens. The pool was really nice and the complex never felt crowded at all. We tried several restaurants and loved them all. We loved the location and really got to experience everything.

Highly recommended! This is a 2nd floor oceanfront condo so there is a great view and privacy (compared to the first level) The place was very comfortable and the other guests were great: there were no loud parties and it was quiet at night. The location is superb since it is very close to restaurants, town and other attractions and it actually has a beach and protected swimming. There has been a lot of beach erosion nearby but it did not affect this condo. The hosts responded to questions quickly and check in and check out went smoothly. The bedding was comfortable and the A/C and fans worked well. The kitchen and laundry worked well too. I can barely think of anything to complain about. My wife and I and the other couple we went with consider this one of the nicest beach vacations we ever took!

The condo was perfect! It was right on beach with amazing views, sunsets were beautiful. The beach was big, plenty of chairs. The swim up pool bar was great. My husband and I took our three adult children and one son-in-law. It had plenty of room for all of us. Owner was easy to communicate with and the condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Steps from the water and the small cove made for perfect swimming with the option to swim out farther to find great snorkeling. Huge balcony with comfortable furniture. Full kitchen with all you need, lots of towels, comfortable beds. Would love to go back again!

The condo was perfect in every way- location, amenities and it had every possible thing you could need. The private cove was perfect for snorkeling and protected the shore from seaweed. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. All restaurants were walking distance. Our favorites were Ms. Piper’s, Icoa and Taikun. Having light cleaning service during our stay was a wonderful treat. The Hayes had games, beach towels, beautiful cookware and the beds were new. We are so grateful to have been able to rent this property- we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the patio overlooking the beach was heaven. There are bbq grills and a swim up bar on property, that also serves food, which was good. We cannot wait to come back- it truly was a memorable family vacation!

We booked Heidi’s home somewhat last minute once Cayman re-opened. The space worked well for our family of 6 and the terrace is nice - very large overlooking the protected swimming area and sunsets. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals in as well - pots and pans were excellent. The adjacent Margaritaville resort is closed after COVID so there weren’t many people around and the beach and pool were never crowded. The unit furniture and finishes are a little dated and could use some updating, but it didn’t really affect our stay. The terrace could use an umbrella as it does get really hot in the afternoons and a little shade would have been nice. We liked being on the second floor - a little more privacy and better views out to the gulf. Heidi was very helpful with information on the home and how to do various things (get groceries, rent a car, etc). The host does not provide toiletries and limited paper goods, which they do tell you ahead of time. Since we didn’t rent a car, the grocery trips were a little trickier with 4 kids in tow, but we made it work. We were happy to have stayed in Heidi’s condo and our family had a wonderful time!

Easy check in and everything in the property is exactly as advertised. Cleaning crew did a great job though they were a bit late for us to check in on time but they were flexible and accommodating. Love the balcony overlooking the beach. Beds were as advertised though wish the one bedroom had a queen instead of 2 twin beds. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms need room darkening shades as the outside light interrupted sleep. Quiet condo. Only downside is competition for lounger and umbrella space on the beach now that Margaritaville is operating. Had to get up really early to claim a beach chair and umbrella before all were claimed. .

My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Heidi and Mark’s beautiful condo at Sunset Cove on gorgeous Seven Mile Beach and in a word it was exceptional!
My wife suggested a trip to Grand Cayman in order to celebrate my 50th birthday and I couldn’t have been more happy! I was able to go diving everyday! The dive company Living the Dream picked me up each morning from the condo parking lot and when I was finished diving, I came home to this beautiful condo. The condo has a huge balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. We ate lunch on the balcony every afternoon and then off to the lagoon for a long swim! We both loved it!
We also went on long walks together along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The beach is accessible from the condo’s beach but there is a rocky area where you have to walk through the water, so I would suggest bringing water shoes, but we both really enjoyed the walk.
My wife doesn’t dive but she found plenty to enjoy while I was diving since the condo has a beautiful beach area and full use of the pools and amenities of the connected Margaritaville resort.
The condo itself was even better than what you see in the photos. Photos just can’t capture the beauty of the sunsets every evening from the balcony. The condo was even larger than we expected. It was only the two of us on our vacation, but the condo is very spacious and could easily accommodate a fairly large family or three couples.
Although there are many great restaurants within walking distance, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook at home. My wife was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the pots and pans and other utensils in the kitchen. Kirk's Market is within an easy walking distance for groceries.
There are many towels provided for use inside the condo as well as beach towels provided for use at the pool and the beach. The condo was spotless and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. We didn’t use the other bedrooms, but they both looked comfy as well.
Heidi was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to any inquiry I had and provided excellent information for our stay.
We loved our stay at Heidi and Mark’s gorgeous condo and give it our highest recommendation. If you are considering this condo for your next vacation, don’t hesitate, we could not have been happier with our choice.

The Hayes' property is WONDERFUL! We had five adults there for a one week stay and enjoyed it thoroughly. The condo is exactly as shown and advertised, and the views, location, beach, privacy and property both inside and out is an excellent deal at a reasonable cost. So that readers do not think this is just a flowery speech because we just vacationed in paradise!! We did have a couple of issues that occurred with plumbing and electrical things at the condo. As some other reviews have expressed, Heidi is EXTREMELY responsive and took care of the issues very quickly even to the point of having their plumber come out and fix it! Great property, great landlord/owners and heavenly location!

This unit was in a perfect location on the property. We loved having the big balcony to sit on with our big group. It had everything we needed and the owner was quick to respond to all of my messages ahead of time and during the stay. We loved how the condos are part of Margaritaville resort. You have access to their pools, hot tub, swim up bar, lobby bar, restaurant, and concierge. We could also check out kayaks, paddle boards, and sometimes they had snorkel gear. It was great to be able to snorkel right from shore and also have the calm water because of the rock wall. We walked Seven Mile Beach(it was easy to do it even though there isn't a beach next door, would recommend flip flops for a bit). We saw how busy it was in certain areas and liked how quiet our beach was. Its location close to a liquor store and pretty close to a grocery store was nice. We also walked to Camana Bay shops and that wasn't too far.
