Beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo, luxury inside and out!
Situato direttamente sulle sabbie bianche della famosa spiaggia di Seven Mile di Grand Cayman, il nostro condominio di Crescent Point è a pochi passi da meravigliosi snorkeling, nuotare o galleggiare in mare. Crescent Point è una splendida località di soli 24 condomini. Il nostro, al secondo piano, è uno dei sei fronteggi direttamente sul mare. Ha un piano terra aperto che consente viste mozzafiato dalla cucina, sala da pranzo, aree living e camera matrimoniale. Una veranda schermata copre tutta la larghezza del condominio che si affaccia sull'oceano. La struttura dispone di una piscina con acqua salata con vasca idromassaggio e cascate rilassanti. Un centro fitness completamente attrezzato, 2 barbecue grigliati e un lussureggiante paesaggio con fiori tropicali e prati ben curati completano questa proprietà estremamente apprezzata. La spiaggia è bellissima e ampia con brezze che frusciano attraverso le palme, un ottimo posto per rilassarsi, giocare o vedere i tramonti splendidi caraibici.

We stayed at this property in Grand Cayman from February 12 to 21, 2026 for a guy’s SCUBA trip, and it could not have been a better fit for our crew of three.From the very beginning, the hosts set the tone for an outstanding experience. Even during the booking process, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly and made coordinating the trip feel effortless, and even when we got a bit off-track with a scheduling glitch on our end, they remained flexible and understanding. Once we arrived, that level of care continued. The local support staff on-site continued to operate at a top-level of care and concern. It felt like being welcomed by people who genuinely wanted our trip to be a success.The home was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for gear, wetsuits, and all the equipment that comes with a serious week of diving.The location was ideal with easy access to everything along with amazing views from the balcony. After long days underwater or sightseeing, it was a luxury to come back to a place that felt private, quiet, and truly comfortable.If you are planning a trip to Grand Cayman this property checks every box. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay! The lanai can't be beat and in the rare time we were inside, we had plenty of space for 5 adults. The beach in front is rocky but it was just a short walk down the road to find the soft sandy part of the beach. We would highly recommend this condo.
