After years of staying at the Westin, we tried something new and were so happy we did. The condo was terrific and Kathryn saw to every little detail, from clips for the beach blankets to restaurant ideas to accommodating our schedule. Having two bathrooms and a separate room for the teenagers was huge. The kitchen was very workable and grocery just a $7 cab ride away. Laundry was a plus. Comfy living room, dining area and patio overlooking pool and near beach. Beach was never crowded in August, with plenty of lounges and umbrellas. Cove was perfect for floating and snorkeling. There was even a swim-up bar, so I didn't miss the Westin. Property manager Jennifer and Kathryn were great to work with.

We had the BEST time in the Grand Cayman, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had a great location! We especially enjoyed the private beach, swim up bar, and view of the gorgeous sunsets each night. We would definitely stay here again!

Good tranquil location, close to Seven Mile beach and some cafe's. Easy pool and beach access. We booked a last minute vacation and Kathryn was very accommodating, so happy she worked with us for our stay! Communication with her was great, answered any concerns right away. Condo was super clean, it provided some things that we forgot to take or couldn't take like a cooler! It's the little details. I would definitely recommend this stay. Great experience on our first visit to the Islands.

Our family had a great stay here in Sunset Cove. The pool was nice and the rock lagoon (something no other place here has) gave many opportunities to get in the water. Centrally located as we were able to walk to many locations - 20 minutes or so down to the heart of George Town for shopping or similar up to Camina Bay. Lots of great restaurants right there too. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we ever visit Grand Cayman again!

We had a wonderful time in Cayman. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We were with friends and loved it!! It had everything we needed and more. Loved the location… on the ground floor, 20 feet from the pool and 50 feet from the bar… perfect. I would definitely recommend. We’ll be back!! Hopefully soon!! Luis and Luisa

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our 3 kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom, they loved how close the condo was to the pool and beach, and enjoyed watching some shows after lunch in the living room to cool down a bit from the sun. We walked to many restaurants although we had a car, which was great. We had a great time at Kathryn's condo and would return in the future.Thank you for having us.

Location was amazing. Snorkeling right off shore was great, but if you go out near the buoys it was amazing. The condo was well furnished and very clean. Kathryn was great to work with. She was very accommodating. We will stay here again for sure.

We were just steps from beach & pool, and swim up bar! Clean, Quiet, and supplied with everything you’d need! Great location for beach and restaurants! Would do again in a second!!

We just got back from 4 nights in April and absolutely loved our stay! Kathryn was so accommodating, friendly, responsive to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need - beach toys, pool toys, bug spray, beach towels, coffee makers, stainless water bottles, etc. Sunset Cove offered a great beach and cove, especially for our kids to explore. The on-site restaurant, complete with swim up bar was delicious and reasonably priced for GC. The location was close to many great restaurants, the grocery store and other hotels. Don't hesitate to book!

We have a great time staying in the condo. It’s well stocked and maintained. Everything you needed was there to make the trip easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the slower pace and easy access to both the pool and the beach. Condo was spacious, clean and outfitted with everything we needed.

If there wasn’t something there, you didn’t need it. The kitchen was better stocked than anywhere we’ve ever been and without all those annoying notes about what not to do. It felt like what you would wish for in a home of your own in paradise. It was great to have a full coffee maker plus a keurig and plenty of containers for leftovers (basket on a shelf in the lower cabinets) The ice maker even kept up with us. The security guard who patrols the property was so sweet and made us feel welcome and safe. We could leave suits out to dry at night without worries. There’s a car rental next to Coconut Joes down the road that’s convenient. We loved the Sting Ray City with Red Sail Sports because they pick up at the Marriott, a 10 minute walk. You can drive into what looks like a pedestrian path by the office to drop luggage. The condo is on the left side. It’s very convenient, so quiet and our absolute favorite! The Lazy Lizard swim up bar is also fun! There’s nothing not to love.

We had the most amazing holiday at Kathryn's place. The condo was perfect for us. We were travelling with a 5 month old (perfect age), lots of room in the condo and everything you could need. Being on the main floor was perfect for a family with children and was close to the pool and beach. The swim up bar/restaurant (Lazy Lizard) had great food. The pool was big and great for babies and toddlers. The condos patio was a great location to sit with a perfect view of the pool and the beach just beyond. The beach was very calm with the cove break wall and sunsets were spectacular here. We bought groceries twice - once from Kirks just south (20 min walk) and one from Fosters just north in Camana Bay (20 min walk). The food on the island no matter where you ate was amazing. Some of our favourites were, Tillies - a must which is on the beach, Casanova - on the water great for sunset, Peppers, Ms. Pipers and Bacaro - take a taxi here. To get to the longest part of Seven Mile beach we walked north in front of the resort on the road for about 10 minutes. We found just past the tunnel was the best access to make sure you didn't have to turn back based on the wind and tide. We also decided not to rent a car with the baby and did end up taking the ferry from Camana Bay to Kaibo to see the other side of the island for the afternoon which we highly recommend. It was our first time visiting this beautiful island and we will definitely be coming back and staying at Sunset Cove. We loved Kathryn's place and she was a great host always answering any questions we had right away.

Absolutely beautiful condo in an amazing location on 7 mile beach. Very clean, and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. We especially enjoyed having extra snorkel fins that fit our children. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. We especially enjoyed its location and were able to snorkel out approximately 200 m from the beach to an absolutely gorgeous reef. We were very sad to leave.

Location was perfect and the condo was spotless. We loved the location by the pool and you can see the ocen from your patio. Condo was fully furnished and other than groceries we had everything we needed. This place is definitely a five star! Several great restaurants are within walking distance. We rarely took a cab. Kathryn was extremely helpful and shares great information to ensure you eat and play at the the best places. I highly recommend for young or adult families. The snokeling and walkout beach were some of the best on the Island. My family loved it and will be back again soon!

Kathryn and Tenns home was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you needed. Beach towels, sunscreen, books, board games, tumblers for your drinks, coolers, everything! The kitchen was also stocked with anything you could ever need. I completely overpacked! The bed was very comfy and there was a ton of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The room location was perfect. The pool was right outside the door which is nice when you have kids. The beach was steps from the condo and was absolutely beautiful! We loved the calm water of the cove. It was so nice to just float around. They even had pool noodles and floats in the condo! The pool and hot tub was almost always empty. It felt like we had a private pool at times. The grounds were extremely clean and well maintained. We were in walking distance to a lot of places but also a short car ride to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly suggest renting a car and just exploring the island. We had the best time ever and will definitely be renting here again! Zero complaints here!

What a wonderful stay!! The unit was furnished with all the amenities, clean, spacious and lots to do!! We will definitely be coming back!! Kathryn was a wonderful host.

The condo is tucked away behind the old Margaritaville Hotel, which is in an excellent location on SMB. The condo was as advertised and well supplied. The living spaces were nicely appointed and the lower level unit provides direct access to the pool out the sliding glass door. No stairs to climb, which is nice. The kitchen was well supplied and enabled us to cook and/or do take out several evenings. The only negative comment I have is that the 2nd bedroom (non-Master) and accompanying bathroom are quite small, with limited space for toiletry kits and other things that you wouldn't typically put in a chest of drawers. Other than that, it was excellent. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Kathryn’s condo at Sunset Cove is absolutely perfect. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out, a full kitchen with everything for cooking meals, laundry, entertainment, and proximity to restaurants, pool, exclusive beach, snorkeling, paddle boarding…and more! Kathryn made sure we had what we needed through the check in process, and shared all the info we needed in plenty of time before the trip. The condo is immaculate and it’s location couldn’t be better. We loved every second and will be back!

This Sunset Cove Condo was a great place for my mother/daughters/sister trip to the Caymans. The condo had beautiful beach decor, was well equipped, perfect for our group of 5, was a few feet from the beach with plenty of beach chairs, and had a breakwater lagoon perfect for just floating and relaxing. We loved the pool area with the swimup bar that had very good bar food, great drinks, and friendly bartenders. Kathy was very responsive and helpful in our communications. We would definitely stay at Kathy's condo again and would highly recommend it.

This may have been the cleanest VRBO we've stayed at, and with everything the host provieded it was prefect for a quiet family vacation on the beach. Thank you much.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location of the unit was the best. First floor and steps to the pool then just a few more to the beach! The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The midweek towel refresh and cleaning was an awesome bonus. Kathryn was available and accommodations. The perfect host. We would stay here again on a heartbeat!

The condo was great. Prior to arriving, we were unsure how well we would be able to see the ocean but the condo, but it was actually a nice view. The condo was very clean, and the set-up worked well for us and our 2 kids (16 and 12). Kathryn was extremely responsive and contacted us to ensure everything was ok. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for the week. The kids enjoyed the beach toys in the closet. Sunset Cove complex was very nice. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and pool. Sometimes, we were the only ones using the pool. My husband's only complaint was the chicken waking him up the first night since he is such a light sleeper, but they did not bother the rest of us. They are all over the island and part of the Cayman charm.

This unit is in the perfect spot on the property and the property is in the perfect spot on the island. The patio opens out to the pool and is only a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The first comment from my wife was that this was the cleanest trip rental she had ever seen. The owner, Kathryn, checked on us to ensure everything was just as we wanted it. Great trip! We are already starting to talk about returning next year.

We had an amazing time staying at sunset cove! Condo was perfect for a family of 4, had all updated appliances and fully equipped kitchen etc and the location was perfect. You can just hop in the pool from the sliding doors or a very short hop to the beautiful ocean! We rented a car and loved exploring the island and had such amazing food at the restaurants. Highly recommend this condo as well as the Caymans overall! Can’t wait to be back soon.

We loved staying at the condo! It is nicely decorated and maintained. The pool with its’ own swim up bar/restaurant is very fun. The beach is nice and the protected area in the water is like your own private saltwater ocean pool. The location is fantastic as it is in the heart of everything. Owner’s suggestions for restaurants were excellent!
