Letteralmente sulla famosa Seven Mile Beach. Splendidamente arredato 3 letto, 3 bagni, condominio al 3 ° piano, con una splendida vista senza ostacoli delle acque turchesi dei Caraibi. Divertiti in una laguna tranquilla e spaziosa. Situato presso il famoso Sunset Cove Condos, in un ambiente in stile resort con ottimi servizi.
Sunset Cove ha la sua spiaggia privata, con una diga foranea per una laguna tranquilla e protetta. Il complesso dispone di due piscine di acqua dolce, una delle quali è la più grande piscina sulla spiaggia di sette miglia, una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, un bar e un ristorante.

Per aiutarti a preparare i tuoi pasti più facilmente e più velocemente abbiamo per te un frullatore, una caldaia per le uova, un nutribullet, 2 tostapane, waffle, popcorn maker, macchina per esspreso, 12 tazze per caffè, mixer, spremiagrumi, robot da cucina, bollitore, acqua filtro. Ampi bicchieri, pentole, padelle, piatti, piatti e utensili da portata. gamma completa di spezie per ogni tipo di cucina. così come le basi, pasta, riso, zucchero, farina. Nella lavanderia troverete una lavasciuga combinata, detersivo, ammorbidente, ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse da stiro. c'è anche una piccola griglia a gas nel patio.
Ci sono 2 TV a schermo piatto, TV via cavo, ogni camera ha il proprio a / c controllo di zona, lavatrice / asciugatrice, WiFi gratuito.
C'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito e 24x7 guardie di sicurezza nei locali. Altre strutture in loco includono una zona barbecue a carbonella, un sacco di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni per l'ombra sulla spiaggia.

Amazing property and condo! The patio has the best sunset and ocean views! Owner has everything you need in this property and is so easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! Added bonus is pool with swim up bar and snorkeling right off of your beach!

The location is great, close enough to walk to several stores and a quick drive to some really good restaurants on 7-mile beach. The accommodations were great and very comfortable. The view from inside and on the patio are first rate. We had 5 adults in the condo, and it never felt cramped for space. The full-service bar and restaurant at the pool are also nice to have access to.

This place has it all, and had a lovely cove to swim and snorkel in on 7mile beach. We were here in late November and unfortunately we couldn't walk all the way up to the rest of 7 mile beach because of the way the sand had settled.
The condo has everything, but the only thing we were surprised about was the term penthouse. We thought we had a whole rooftop to ourselves, but it's just a top floor condo with a few other terraces next door to you so it's not fully private. Still beautiful, but just not what we were expecting. The owner/manager was unbelievably helpful and we highly recommend this listing!

Our stay with Lana was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. The condo had ample space with bedrooms & bathrooms for each guest, and the best part was the outdoor terrace. We spent a lot of time out there in the morning and the evening. The location of this property is great; it is a few-minute walk to seven mile beach and camana bay shops. The amenities were convenient with the onsite private beach, pool, and bar/restaurant. And Lana was an extremely gracious host with good communication and fast responses both before and during the trip. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

This condo is Clean, Spacious, Stocked with extra items and worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. The pictures are as show.

One family member has Celiac/Gluten-free. Dinned out every night and numerous restaurants accommodate this.

We stayed for a week in July and the condo is well stocked and extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need for a beach stay. Appliances are new and clean. The air and fans worked well. The internet works well in the condo only. The patio is wonderful additional living space.
Lana and her husband were wonderful to communicate with and provided great recommendations for everything we needed. When we couldn’t get the TVs working, her husband stopped by and sorted it all out for us.
The location is great for waking to restaurants, liquor store, and coffee shop. We found taxis with no issue. We recommend Lady D if you’re looking and we let her card in the condo. There is a bar/restaurant at the pool. Locals hang out here so prices are fair, good Caribbean bar food.
The beach here is perfect. Beautiful sunsets, calm ocean, clear water, white sand, wildlife, and floating. The kids snorkeled every day inside the wall and outside. They saw fish, sting rays, sharks and a turtle.
There are beach chairs and umbrellas with no real issue with crowding. I do think if the resort at the back of the condo complex reopens, the beach would be crowded. There are beach toys for the kids. Not much beach on either side so if you’re looking to walk, this isn’t the best. You have to take the road down to get to seven mile beach.
Safety was not an issue at all, but the shut down resort was a shame. It’s very run down.
Overall we hope to come back!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was comfortable and very convenient. Loved the little cove to sit and hang out in the afternoon. The pool was nice too. Condo was very well equipped with paper products and other things we would need. Lana was very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place. The condo is also centrally located for anything you would want to do on the island.

This was by far the most well-stocked rental and most accommodating property owner we have ever encountered. Lana provided so much helpful information about the area, activities, restaurants, groceries, etc. She made everything easy.
The condo itself looks just like the pictures with a huge balcony and amazing view of the water and sunset. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the swimming cove, beach and snorkeling right off the property.
Can’t wait to return!

We loved the unit - beautifully redone condo with amazing sunset views. The interior was eclectic and fantastic - the amenities well thought out and organized - the property itself was not as luxurious as our condo - but great location on the island - spent a lot of time at close by Canama Bay (private boat tour and great restaurants) Thank you Lana for everything!!

We stayed here for a week over spring break. Despite that, this property never felt crowded and the beach was never packed.
This condo is exactly as pictured and when Lana says it is well stocked, she means it. I've never stayed in a rental this well appointed.
The views are simply amazing. Very convenient location to just about everything.
Lana was so responsive to all of our questions. She was helpful with suggestions before our arrival. She even had a birthday cake waiting for my mom which was so thoughtful and generous.
For what this condo is, it is really priced very well. I think it is a little under what you should expect to pay. Cannot say enough good things about our entire experience.

The VRBO owner is great. Gets back to you immediately. The condo is perfectly located on a clean and beautiful beach. You take a few steps to get to the beach and right into the water. Lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. Also a pool and a bar with food right on property! Everyone very friendly. The condo is immaculate with updated appliances and has everything you need. Very comfy beds too. Great view of the water and sunsets. I would stay there again!

This property was everything as advertised, and more. The cove for swimming was wonderful, and you can even snorkel inside the rocks and see fish (great for kids). There were always enough lounge chairs at the beach and poolside, and the onsite grill and bar is very handy. The unit is terrific, and the best-stocked that we've ever rented - not like some that leave you just one roll of toilet paper and a salt shaker. It's very well-equipped and clean. Lana was a great host. She not only checked in with us and sent helpful information ahead of time, but even picked up groceries that we ordered online and had them waiting in the unit. That was a huge bonus after a long day of travel. Having the loft bedroom and bathroom worked very well for our party of adults and kids. The ocean views and sounds from the terrace were terrific. We would absolutely rent this again.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! Every single amenity you can think of this place had!! The patio overlooking the ocean was superb-super comfortable furniture, umbrellas, table, etc. Plenty of places for everyone to sit and watch the sunset. The kitchen was so well stocked; we cooked almost every night and there was nothing this place didn't have to do our meals. Sometimes you rent a place and the kitchen equipment is missing or sub par-not this place! Lots of rooms to accomodate everyone and most of us had our own thermostats for our rooms which was awesome too! There are several good restaurants within walking distance so that was an added plus as well. Communication with our host was fantastic as well-such prompt responses! Overall I just can't say enough about our stay there-we all would HIGHLY recommend you book this place!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Caymans. The condo was well stocked in a convenient location to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach and the pool/swim up bar. I didn't see any other condos with this option. The owner of the property was very responsive and gave us lots of suggestions of what to do on the island and where to eat. All of her recommendations were great. The kitchen was perfect for allowing us to cook breakfast and lunch and then venture out for dinner. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can book again. The only downfall was having to leave and come back to reality. It was such a wonderful trip.

Location is premiere! The property is in perfect condition—literally nothing else was desired or needed. The pictures do not do this place justice…10/10!!

The rental was through VRBO and was seamless. Lana, the owner answered all our questions and provided the information we needed before and after arrival.
There is the ocean out back with a lagoon area for children and adults. There is also a pool with bar and that was wonderful to have so close. Loved the condo and the island.

Amazing Location and Property!
We had an incredible time at this beautiful and remarkably well provisioned property. Lana, our host, has it ALL for her visitors. And.. the beds were super comfy AND the view is unparalleled. Plenty of space for eight if couples. We recommend highly for family or friends. Also, central to the restaurants, and scuba, grocery. We can't wait to return!

This condo at Sunset Cove is right on the beach and has amazing, unobstructed views of the ocean. It is on the top floor (2 levels above ground or 3rd floor). There is a protected cove for swimming with access to good snorkeling by the buoy just on the other side. There are lounge chairs, umbrellas and small tables at the beach and a large pool as well with swim up bar. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home. The beds were super comfortable, unit is decorated nicely and there is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 full baths. Another bedroom is on the second level with a full bathroom (ceiling is sloped up there so you have to watch your head, but it'd be perfect for young kids). They've thought of everything and it is super well equipped with great appliances including 2 refrigerators (1 standard with ice maker & a second 2 drawer under counter fridge), coffee and cappuccino machines, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, outdoor grill, washer/dryer and every possible utensil and kitchen accessory. There is a very large deck with 4-6 person table, lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas and lots of seating to enjoy the views while having a meal. It is well located and in walking distance (approx. 1 mile) of restaurants and shops at Camana Bay. We had a car (I would almost consider it a must as taxis are very pricey) and with COVID you probably don't want to be taking a public bus or sharing a taxi with other people. Most places were a short drive away including Kirk market and Foster's supermarket and it made getting to and from excursions super easy. Driving on the other side of the road can be challenging coming from the USA, especially the round-a-bouts, but we were glad to have the car. There is also parking in the lot right near the condo. COVID testing was also super easy at the Marriott resort (less than 10 min walk from the condo) and you can make online appointments through Doctor's Hospital. As of Dec. 2021, you had to be tested on days 2, 5 and 10 of your stay and again when returning to the US. The host, Lana, is terrific and communication was super easy and she is extremely responsive and attentive. Overall, we loved our vacation and this was in large part to the amazing location and wonderful condo.

331 Sunset Cove is an exceptional Grand Cayman Island rental. Great appliances for doing a lot of cooking in. Double dishwashers and beverage coolers are very useful. The unit was well supplied with paper products, basic cooking essentials including spices, oils etc. The unobstructed ocean view is spectacular and a great place for sunning out of the sand. The cove swimming and pool swimming are convenient and accessible. Numerous eating places in easy walking distance like the breakfast & lunch Cafe at Marqaritaville, XQ’s and Thai Orchid. Andy’s rental cars is just up West Bay Road. The condo is well appointed and slept 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Lana made our 2 week stay easy and this is a great island to visit.Jerry and Ruthie our son and his family Thank You.

The unit was well supplied with paper products, basic cooking essentials including spices, oils etc. The unobstructed ocean view is spectacular and a great place for sunning out of the sand. The cove swimming and pool swimming are convenient and accessible. Numerous eating places in easy walking distance like the breakfast & lunch Cafe at Marqaritaville, XQ’s and Thai Orchid. Andy’s rental cars is just up West Bay Road. The condo is well appointed and slept 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Lana made our 2 week stay easy and this is a great island to visit.
