Phoenix West w/ Lazy River! 7th Floor!! Parking level!
Essere uno dei primi a vacanza al miglior condominio a Phoenix West. Il nostro appartamento è situato perfettamente al 7 ° piano si affaccia direttamente sul fiume artificiale. Si può godere di una vista spettacolare del Golfo dal balcone o dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nell'unità. Con più di 1.950 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spazioso e arredato a nuovo. È inoltre possibile parcheggiare direttamente al 7 ° piano ed evitare gli ascensori!
Ci sono anche i due 3br unità direttamente accanto, 706 e 707 in caso di necessità condomini aggiuntivi per gruppi più grandi.
I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio di Phoenix West: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar, 50 '' HDTV a schermo piatto con DVD in soggiorno con audio surround, un maestro con un letto matrimoniale e un 42 '' TV a schermo piatto con un lettore DVD nel master, una seconda camera con un letto matrimoniale e un 42 "TV, una terza camera con due letti queen size e un 42 'TV con lettore DVD, lavanderia con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice. Abbiamo anche appena sostituito il tappeto con le piastrelle !!!
C'è un lazy river, scivolo d'acqua, piscina all'aperto con recintata piscina per bambini, riscaldata in-door piscina, due Jacuzzi di, state-of-the-art centro fitness, 4 saune e roof-top campi da tennis. Abbiamo anche la porta accanto condominio, ideale per famiglie numerose !!
C'è un limite di 25 anni di età minima per prenotare l'unità che sarà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.
La vostra vacanza sarà completa a Phoenix West, con tutti i comfort, la spiaggia e sistemazioni di lusso. Venite a godere di tutto ciò che questo nuovo Phoenix ha da offrire, si prega di chiamare o e-mail per prenotare una vacanza da ricordare.
Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tassa una tantum di $ 35 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità 3br che noleggi a Phoenix West ti garantisce di acquistare fino a DUE pass per parcheggi, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno ma per favore non aspettarti di poter acquistare un pass extra durante la stagione estiva.

Phoenix West 705 was clean and had everything we needed. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were able to park on the same floor as the condo, which made getting to the car very easy. The balcony had a beautiful view, and comfortable furniture to relax on while drinking coffee and reading. The lazy river, pool, and slide were enjoyable and cleaned every morning.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is great for a large group, with a large balcony,plenty of room and multiple bathrooms. Seating on balcony is comfortable but a little weathered and additional chairs would be nice for a three bedroom condo. Main problem was the bed in the master...made a strange,very loud creaking noise every time you moved and it was so high I had to use stepstool I found in the broom closet to get in and out of it. I am short, but my husband thought it was too high also. That said, the mattress itself was very comfortable. One of the other guests also said their bed made the loud creaking noises. One guest bathtub was not cleaned properly, had black marks on the side where it hadn’t been scrubbed. Overall, I would stay there again if something could be done about the bed.

This was my 3rd visit to Phoenix West. My prior 2 visits were through an individual owner. With this unit being a rental company, things were different. The unit was nice and nothing majorly wrong. Our biggest complaints were that my 1 yr old grandson had black hands and feet from crawling on the floor all week, including the moment we got there. No visible dirt, but obviously the floors weren't scrubbed well. The wifi is horrible. Sometimes it worked, but we got kicked off often and smart tv rarely worked bc of it. Dish network in Master bedroom did not work; super annoying when you like to relax before bed watching tv. Kitchen not as stocked as any VRBO rental I've ever stayed in. No crockpot, no pizza cutter, only about 4 drinking glasses, etc. I've never stayed in a rental that didn't have salt/pepper, coffee filters and other small items that were left from previous renters, but this one did not. Not a huge deal, as we are prepared to bring/buy all groceries, but just seemed strange.Overall, the unit was nice, and there were no problems with the booking, check in and check out. Just seemed impersonal, and there's quite a few things that need attention.
