Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and has the best views in Orange Beach!!
The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have queen sized beds and there is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space for occupancy up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Fantastic place to stay. Balcony views were amazing. We had everything we needed. I loved how each room had a great view of the water and the city. Beds were comfortable.

The instructions for check in are not very clear. Yes, the instructions for the door code are great, but where to get the wristbands, parking and carts was very confusing. The unit was very nice but you could definitely see the wear and tear showing through. The ice machine in the refrigerator made ice but you couldn’t get it to dispense, the other ice machine needed cleaned as the ice machine said. The lazy river was not very lazy! If you could get a tube you were lucky. The amount of kids unsupervised swimming in the lazy river pushing into you, splashing you, running and screaming made it alittle hard to enjoy with our grandson and children.The elevators were a nightmare! Trying to get to the pool/beach and back to your room took forever. Want to go to dinner? Better add 20-30 minutes of elevator time. We have stayed in plenty of places but for the money this didn’t make the cut for us.
